Hotellet er relativt nytt og rommet var pent men lite. Vi overnattet fire netter, og selv til tross for at vi hang opp skiltet for rengjøring av rom så var ikke personell innom en gang i løpet av oppholdet, verken for å fylle opp artikler, håndkler osv eller for rengjøring. Til den prisen forventet man litt service. Kort avstand til sentrum er positivt.

Innsjekk fra kl 15.00fungerte ikke. Fikk rommet kl 17.30. Vi bodde der i 3 netter, ble ikke rengjort eller nye håndklær mens vi var der selv etter purring på Står at der skal være daglig rengjøring. Fikk heller ikke vannflasker. Alt i alt ,ett svært dårlig hotell med ingen service. Det som var bra var gode senger og sentralt

Three night. No house keeping at all. Terrible
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Not once did we get house keeping. Every day we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and soap. We arrived at the hotel at 17:30 pm, even then our room wasn’t ready. No apologies from the staff. Felt like bad service was normal

Den absolutt største fordelen til dette hotellet er beliggenheten, som er helt super. Rommene er små, men funker fint for en helg. Det vi ikke likte, var at buffeten til frokost var stengt og de bare serverte all maten - man kan da ikke velge mengden, og mat blir dessverre kastet.

Clean modern hotel with good amenities - workout room, restaurant and laundry. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and shopping but far enough away to be quiet. Street car stop (LUAS) is only a block away.

Loved our stay here. Arriving at 7am is inconvenient, but hoped to get the room early(ish). Lisa at the front desk did all she could to get us in early and her efforts were appreciated but we had to just our luggage temporarily and head out into Dublin. Close to St Stephen’s Green, easy to walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Was very happy with choosing this hotel. Had lots of comfortable seating throughout the lobby and nice coffee shop. Walkable to many shops; pubs and restaurant. Parking is located across the street; don’t forget to tell the front desk you’re parking there as you will save half the price. Being Canadian we struggled to figure out how to work the electric blinds; however we called the front desk and instructed us to put our keycard in the holder on the wall. The room was small (not that small for Europe) but loved the true king size bed; it was very comfortable. Lots of storage for clothes; luggage under the bed. We enjoyed delicious cocktails in the bar and one morning for breakfast. We did feel that it was a bit overpriced for the breakfast buffet. Overall I would definitely stay again.

The employees were all very very kind and wanted to help in all situations. I would like more options at the breakfast for example at cheese and sausage variations. Then in my opinion you can't sell the two rooms wie had in the same prize category, because they were very different. But the rooms and the restaurant and lobby were all very nice and with many places were you likes to stay.

Although rooms are rather small, staff and hospitality at breakfast are a bonus. Room was always done up nicely. Noticed there is not much closet space and chair in room was not substantial and difficult to move or use. Bed was very comfy. Easy to walk to shopping and beyond.
