Bodde der 3 netter og roomservice skiftet ikke sengtøy en eneste gang. Da jeg bemerket det ved utsjekk fikk jeg svar at de skulle gi beskjed til rengjører. Til å være såpass priset overnatting er dette bare elendig - både hendelse og håndtering.

Thank you for your feedback Tengill.In most of the hotels, the linen is changed only every second or third day, unless visibly dirty. It is a normal practice in the majority of the hotels.If you require more frequent service, you could just simply ask the reception team. They would advise housekeeping accordingly.Warm regards,

Great location, good for a weekend
Great location. It was a little run down, but we didn't spend much time at the hotel anyway. There was no power outlets next to The bed, that Kind of sucked.

Generelt sett var oppholdet veldig bra. Hyggelig ansatte og rene rom. Badet var stort. Rommet hadde også fin størrelse. Var ikke noe problem å ha begge koffertene åpne på gulvet. Eneste som trekker litt ned er at sengen var litt kort for min del og beina hang som regel utenfor. Hotellet hadde også god plassering. Litt utenfor Temple var gjorde at det var lite støy utenfor hotellrommet, samtidig som det var nærme nok til andre attraksjoner.

Behagelig
Veldig greit hotell, super beliggenhet. Kort avstand til bylivet, men rolig nok til å kunne sove godt. Gode rom og bad, en smule slitt, og rare kraner og dusj. Alt i alt et veldig behagelig opphold. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Ekstra kostnader for renholdning og frokost
Når vi skulle sjekke ut av hotellet så måtte vi betale 59 euro ekstra for frokost og for renholdning. Renholderene var aldri innom hotellrommet og frokost hadde vi bestilt inkludert i hotellrommet. Hotellrommet var helt greit men slitt. Det var umulig og vaske hendene uten å søle vann over hele badet. Det var også litt dumt at det var en kran for varmt vann og en for kaldt vann.

Helt ok hotell med bra beliggenhet.
Helt ok hotell, sentralt beliggenhet helt i utkanten av Tempel Bar distrikt. Bodde på et 3-manns rom, det var helt oj, fint og romslig bad. Servicen var god, resepsjonistene var alltid hyggelige og blide. Hotellet virket litt slitt, derfor helt ok. Ikke noe luksus, tenker peisen gjenspeiler beliggenheten.

Everything was wonderful, but the rooms on both stays were very warm. No air conditioning. The fan in the room was not sufficient and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Very clean and convenient location. Noisy but not as noisy as hotels directly in Temple Bar. Bring ear plugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good first experience at this hotel. However I cannot saying the same for my second. I was put in a room where the pub next door’s outdoor seating area was and the shower didn’t work very well. The location is fabulous!

Only stayed one night, but I had a comfortable room and an enjoyable breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again. It is convenient to Dublin Castle and walkable to Jameson and Guinness storefront.

My wife and I only stayed one night before our departure from Dublin. The staff was friendly, the room was large, conveniently located near shops, pubs, and walkable to Temple Bar.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, however, on the first day, the elevator was out of service, there was no wifi and the TV did’t work. The manager’s response to a guest who was annoyed with the elevator outage was, oh well, not much we can do about it. Not impressed. I felt bad for anyone who couldn’t do stairs. No compensation was offered.

Dear Sue,There was a power outage in the area that affected the entire district, not only the hotel. We understand that a lack of energy for a couple of hours can be a little inconvenience for which we are sorry. However, you were told the truth. As the hotel, there was absolutely nothing we could do about it as we depended on the public services that worked hard to bring energy back as soon as possible.It is sad to hear that instead of a little bit of understanding guests are mentioning compensation.Warm regards,Handel's Hotel

Great location- the owners were lovely. Some people have complained of noise but if the window was shut I heard nothing and I was facing the bars! Absolutely wonderful!

This is our second time at this hotel. Location is fantastic, staff are lovely. Feels really clean and fresh. Unfortunately this time we were put in a room right beside the lift, which all we could hear all night was the lift going up and down, which meant we didn't sleep well for the 3 nights we were there.

Behagelig oplevelse
Det var et godt hotel med de nødvendige ting man har brug for. Det lå lidt trukket væk fra selve fest gaden, som var helt perfekt. Fint værelse. Men støj fra at vi boede lige ved et depot hvor rengøringen hentede deres sager kl meget tidligt om morgenen.

Zimmer sehr altmodisch, Möbel sahen sehr second Hand aus. Bad kurios, Waschbecken mit 2 Wasserhähnen statt einer Mischarmatur- Wahl zwischen Heiß oder Kalt. Bin erst Nachts um 1:00 am angekommen und durfte leider nicht etwas länger im Zimmer sein
