The receptionist at our arrival was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was disappointing to start with her attitude. The restaurant however were friendly and accomodating with excellent service. It was nice to have a coffee bar available in the reception area for easy access! This service was also excellent. The room, though quite a long walk from the elevator was very clean, bed/pillows very comfortable, but the bed had metal wheels that stuck out and toes/feet were injured a lot! One set was even broken and stuck out. I asked for a receipt when departing and the receptionist refused, saying I would receive one from Expedia. However, I had made a long distance call since our flight had been cancelled, put a credit card amount down for "credit" and was told "not to worry about it"!
