Hotel var bra bellighet god avstand til strand. Hotel re lang fra 5 stjern hotel opplevelser. bellighet og service på badeseng (pool) veldig dårlig og høy musikk. Vi ber til å skru ned men de nekte. Eller meget flexibel og service innstilt og betjening. Hotel rom rein og romslig. Vi ambefall Hotel ta vekk og unngå Taxidriver fra Hovedgange på hotel som ovecharge og cheating tourister særlig på avtalpris. underturer Taxisjfører forandre prisen og trekk penger fra kort uten spøre kunden og ikke gi recept opperer med mobli.

Hotellet er helt OK, men langt ifra noen 5 stjerners opplevelse. Selve hotellet ligger for det meste i skyggen (inkludert basseng området) noe som er litt mot sin hensikt når man drar til Dubai. Rommet var rent og greit og de hadde en fantastisk pizza restaurant med utrolig god pizza. Et stort minus her var også at vi snakket med en "tur booker" i resepsjonen, og han virket lite interessert i å hjelpe. I tillegg fant vi alle turer som han kunne ordne til oss, på nettet til en mye rimeligere pris.

Overall a nice place. Room service was very bad, called 3 times and they didn’t deliver what I asked for. Pool to hot. Service by the pool was great. Many strange rules! My expectations for a 5 star hotel is not satisfactory

Helt ok sted. Men ikke noe mere. Masse folk og høy volym på frokosten og fra poolbaren kveldstid. Poolen ligger i skyggen nesten hele dagen. Receptionen hilser ikke når du går forbi- noe upersonlig hotellupplevelse.

Fantastisk!
Vi bodde her i 9 netter, en familie på fire med to små barn. Må si at jeg ble positivt overrasket over servicen vi fikk gjennom hele oppholdet. Rommene er store, sengene kjempe behagelige, frokosten var bra med alt det vanlige, personalet utrolig hyggelige og nøler ikke med å gjøre det lille ekstra for å få deg til å føle «hjemme» og godt tatt vare på. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt med gå avstand til stranda, og the walk som har flere gode restauranter og butikker samt en liten tivoli til små barns familier. Dette er vårt andre reise til Dubai, vi vil uten tvil reise tilbake og da kommer vi til å bo på samme hotell da vi er svært fornøyd! Jeg gir 10 av 10 til dette hotellet!

Bra hotell, bra beliggenhet
Veldig fin beliggenhet inntil "The Walk" og tett på stranden. Fantastisk service og oppfølging på hotellet. Bassengområdet litt i skyggen, men man får utdelt beachbag med håndklær, liggeunderlag og parasoll til stranden som er rett over veien - så om man ønsker sol eller skygge, så har man anledning til begge. Meget fleksibel og serviceinnstilt betjening. Flotte, freshe og romslige rom. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Utmerket lokasjon i forhold til The Walk
Flott hotell med utrolig service minded personale. Eneste å utsette på var solgangen; bassenget lå alltid i skyggen av de andre og høyere bygningene. Heldigvis kunne man benytte seg av gratis shuttle buss til et søsterhotell som "alltid" hadde sol, samt 4 oppvarmede basseng.

Flott hotell, perfekt beliggenhet og god service.
Utrolig flott hotell, med utmerket service og veldig god beliggenhet rett ved stranda. Godt utvalg på frokosten, og buffe-middagen i hotellets restaurant var nydelig, spesielt på Asiatisk aften. Gratis buss til privat strand på en flott resort 20 minutter unna, hvis man ikke ønsker den offentlige stranden utenfor hotellet. Det er også bassengområde med solsenger på hotellet, men det er ikke så gode solforhold der i januar når sola står lavt. Sikkert bedre andre deler av året! Butikker og restauranter rett utenfor hotellet. Rent og fint rom med balkong og sjøutsikt. Ville absolutt ha bodd her igjen!

Great location on JBR Strip. Close to many restaurants and activities. Clean and spacious room. We got a beautiful room facing the beach. Breakfast buffet was ok and in my opinion there are better breakfast options around. Major disappointment that this hotel does not have a private beach like Sheraton next door. Public beach is overcrowded and you have to pay to palapa, but hotel provides you with beach towels and sun umbrellas.

The JA Ocean View Hotel in Dubai proved to be an exceptional stay during our visit from April 10th to the 20th. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Room service was both tasty and reasonably priced, enhancing our overall experience. Motrino's restaurant stood out, particularly for their exceptional steak dishes. The front desk staff demonstrated commendable efficiency and friendliness. Nisrin, in particular, provided valuable assistance, from transportation advice to currency exchange, making our stay seamless. Additionally, Laxmi, our room attendant, was simply outstanding, ensuring our accommodations were immaculate throughout our stay. Despite experiencing Dubai's biggest storm in 75 years during our visit, the hotel's management handled the situation with remarkable tact and efficiency, further solidifying our confidence in their commitment to guest satisfaction. Excellent staff but not a very exciting property. Blocked in by large buildings so views are somewhat limited. Very middle of the road hotel so overpriced in my opinion.

J'ai adoré notre séjour ici. Tout le staff étaient très serviable, surtout le gars de ménage du 10e étages il était tellement gentil et je gars des bagage Bilawal très serviable. La bouffe était très délicieuse. C'était très propre et ça sentait super bon partout dans l'hôtel. A proximité du tram et du métro. Très bien situé sur the Walk proche de plein de restaurant. A deux minutes de marche de la magnifique plage. Piscine très propre et entretenu. Le staff de la piscine très sympathique. Je reviendrai ici sans hésiter. Je recommande fortement. Merci beaucoup

An excellent hotel if you DON’T want to be in the sun by the poolside. Everything that the hotel can control is done very well but there’s two big issues that it can’t directly control- first is the sun only comes onto the pool and a small part of the pool side in late afternoon and the second is that the hotel next door has a tunnel that is used by Lamborghini renters to rev their engines loudly and repeatedly even in the middle of the night. Perhaps the latter could be something the police could be asked to help with. Being woken up at 4 AM when you’re on the 23rd floor by an engine being revved isn’t ideal. The staff though are excellent, the food is very good and the room we stayed in was excellent for the money.

Pros : Location and breakfast is good. Rooms are smaller. Con : Bathroom no exhaust . Very small narrow tub with no screen or glass . Water spills everywhere outside the tub, Flush does not work properly. Hot water after 10 mins in the morning . Front desk not that customer friendly. Overall stay was good. But not definitely a 5 star hotel . It’s a 2 to 3 star hotel.

I’ve been in this hotel years ago and it is now as good as it was before. Clean and in good condition. The only one issue I had is with the ac, it had some issues and the maintenance came and fixed it but it was still not that good for me. Nonetheless, I recommend it
