Genuinely nice staff. We were arriving at the Motel after midnight and and since reception closes before then the staff went out of the way and checked us in ahead of time and hid the key for us to be able to get in the room after hours. That speaks volumes. I can tell you that most places would just say sorry cant do. Also because of our poor planning, next day we had to cancel remainder of the nights due to reasons that had nothing to do with the Motel itself. Manager worked with expedia and allowed the cancellation without additional charge. Teton West Motel, thank you for going above and beyond policies to accomodate your customers!

Room and bath was a little small. Hot water was there unless the person above was showing, then it didn't exist. Drive inconvenient to National Parks. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good.

Great place to stay in the valley, beautiful and interesting landscape as well as people. met the front desk people as they were very hospitable and welcoming. large and clean room and its all you need. has direct tv, microwave and fridge. i stayed in a king bed room and the tub was very large. can fit 6'3" comfortably. would stay again. thank you teton west motel.

It's basically an average hotel. Two story-no elevator. we had to exchange our electronic key 3 times. Finally asked the man at the front desk to try the key, and he couldn't make it work either. So, he had to put us in another room. The breakfast is so-so. There was a pancake machine-which would have been nice-but it was not operating. Sorry, don't like to be negative, but not a great price-so expected more out of it.

Don't expect breakfast unless you eat standing up.
The room was pretty close to perfect and the staff we dealt with were great. The reason I scored low for service is that the breakfast area seats about 20 people in a hotel that holds 200. We ended up checking out and going down the road to spend money for a breakfast that was included with our room.

It was very clean and the room was a nice size. The people at the desk when we checked in could have been friendlier. It was a little difficult for us as seniors to be on the second floor, but we made it. Just have to remember when picking a facility with no elevator to request first floor. Overall, we were very pleased with the motel.

If you are visiting the Grand Teton N.P. you can pay an absolutely crazy rates at Jackson o go further and be an hour drive from the park (bypassing a mountain pass). I choosed second. Nice and big hotel, with a staff in a variable degree of competence but OK for me. The room was huge, with two beds and even a dinning table with all you can need. Except an elevator. If I had to return to Grand Teton I would probably repeat, it's worth it.
