«Although this place doesn't look like much, I found the accommodations to be exactly as expected. The property we stayed in was in good condition and was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficient enough for me to cook some of our meals while there. The coffee machine was not cleaned out and had something growing in it. There was no air conditioning which was not well advertised IMO and the fan was loud. However, we had also hoped to spend time outdoors on the property and walk down to the water or to the state park, but found that the huge population of mosquitos in the yard made that unappealing.
