«We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 days with family prior to go up north to madiera. We experienced new things and some great food. Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. «We rented the house for almost two weeks in July. We were a group of nine, and the layout of the house worked out very well for us. It is a split floor plan, with a master bedroom and bath on one side. There is a "nook" with a bed within the master, wich would be good for a baby or smaller child. We just used this room as a closet. The other side of the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One room with two single beds, one queen, and one with three singles (one is a pull-out). «My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.»
