«Condo was beautifully situated in the center of Dillon, close to many neighboring ski resorts. We were a short 6 minute drive to Keystone, and also visited Loveland, A Basin, and Copper mountains. The condo was clean and well maintained and truly suited our family’s needs after long days of being on the mountain. We used the shared hot tub facility, which was fabulous, and took full advantage of the in unit washer dryer. We hope to be back!»

«We were able to ski four different mountains during our stay here. It was also SO private and peaceful. I heard our neighbors exactly one time. The laundry was just down the stairs, the covered parking was clutch, the fireplace was so cozy, and the owner was very responsive when we had questions.»

«Property was good for the most part. The heating was hard to get right…very hot in the bedrooms and chilly in the family room area where my son was sleeping. We tried different settings on the temp controls and still the same. Strange entrance to the unit right in the master bedroom. Cleanliness was ok. Great location though to ski areas.»

«This is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at. The floor plan was excellent. The owner is very conscientious with night lights. The kitchen is great. Was impressed that there was both a crock pot and instant pot. There was a plethora of coffee mugs and glasses of all types. Nice to have a regular coffee machine and a keurig machine. «This condo is well laid out with good privacy between each sets of beds and baths. Doors close off each "suite" both from each other and the main living space. Living space is comfortable, nice view of the lake and nice upgrade to the kitchen with the new oven/range. The best part might be the super short walk to the clubhouse, it is directly across the parking lot, maybe a 30 second walk which comes in handy when coming back from the hot tubs! «The condo itself may not be the most modern, at the same time, it is clean and has everything I need. With a fully stocked kitchen, I was able to cook and enjoy my meals. Bed was very comfortable. It has easy access to shopping and to ski resorts. Owner communicated effectively and timely. For example, the owner informed me when the snow plowing would take place and advised me where to move my car to. «The area around the property is beautiful! The views and accessibility to the lakes and trails are definitely 5 star!! However, the hotel conditions and staff did not merit the 5 star review. Please be aware that the hotel does not have ANY AC. They have standing fans but we found this did not help with cooling off the rooms and the rooms were about 10 degrees cooler inside than our. «The basement had a ton of spiders in the bathroom. The basement bathroom tub drain was very slow and the bathroom door did not lock. There was also no place to take the trash. »
