Staff was very helpful and patient during check in, we were able to request a complementary crib. Room was clean, housekeeping staff would come and check the room every morning. Breakfast was just like any other hotel breakfast, no complaints, lots of options. Only hotel around the area that does not charge for parking, parking was a little hard to find during holiday weekend but was manageable.

Place was average, rooms were small, you had to get really close to the toilet to close the bathroom door. There wasn’t an ironing board in the room, I had to go to the front desk to wait for one. 😕

The rooms were nice, clean and have been remodeled/updated. The bathroom fan needs to be replaced, it was so LOUD! The pool area appears to be nice, but the water was so cold, my kids couldnt really enjoy it at all.

Shuttle to airport was great but Dont rely on the shuttle back from the airport. We waited an hour and still no shuttle. Another shuttle from a different hotel had seen us waiting and offered us a ride. Told us his hotel was across the parking lot from ours. When we confronted staff at the hotel we was staying at,all that was said was " i will have to talk to the driver, nothing was done to rectify the issue. The Whirlpool is out of commission. Does not tell you that when booking a room.

Unfortunately there was a park and fly vehicle left in the parking lot close to our room that had its vehicle alarm going off all night. In speaking to management they advised the alarm had been going off for the last 3 nights

I liked how close the hotel was to DIA. I worried for nothing about that. The hotel, and those around it, all looked new, grounds were kept up, was well lit. Parking was tight, but I found a space. I went in and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I asked about dining options (at 8:00pm), she recommended the Double Tree next door, which was fabulous and I felt safe walking to alone. I expected noise being close to the airport, but it was very quiet, nice. The breakfast buffet was also nice, something for everyone. My only complaint, and I don't know if it was me, the bed, or the air conditioner, but I couldn't sleep because it was so hot. I turned the air to 67. It didn't run much until 6:30 to 7:00am it ramped up and ran for some time, which I wish it had done during the night. I can't pinpoint the issue so didn't dock you for it. I like the Quality Inn chain and use them frequently for travel. I would stay there again.
