Ok for the price
The hotel looks nice and has most amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were a bit too many negative things with the stay. Bed sheets had stains, even after they were changed. The breakfast wasn’t really as good as you would expect from such a hotel. Seems like they tried to combine elements from Western cuisine with the Indonesian, but without succcess. The hotel itself is also very noisy with rooms that are poorly insulated, making it hard to sleep. The location is ok, with a few restaurants and bars close by, but the «central» area of Sanur is a 2 km walk away. There’s also a beach almost next to the hotels.

Good atmosphere
Great stay at Art hotell. Nice pool, and a really cool place with great location. The breakfast was good but we was dissapointed with the dinner, a lot of the things in the menu was not available and the calamari was not cooked in a good way. They only had two bicycles for hire at the hotel.

Nytt, rent og stilig hotell med god service
Et fint og nytt hotell med hyggelig personale, og flotte, behagelige rom. Hotellet ligger noe unna sentrum i Sanur, men lokalområdet har likevel alt du trenger.

Würd ich jederzeit wieder buchen
Ich war nur für 1 Nacht im Artotel, würde es aber jederzeit wieder (auch für länger) buchen. Sehr freundliches Personal, schön grosses Zimmer, sauber, zentrale Lage, nahe zum Strand, ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto zum Hafen (ich kam von Nusa Penida). Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet hätte für meinen Geschmack etwas mehr „europäische“ Auswahl haben dürfen (zb. Haferflocken, Joghurth…)

Nice hotel
Nice hotel close to beach and easy walk to bars and restaurants. Good breakfast. Pool was nice but no shade as staff insisted umbrellas were taken down even with no wind. Lots of effort to nake the hotel arty but jot enough making it practical

The Artotel, Sanur Bali hotel is literally a work of art. The staff were helpful and friendly. The dine in options and food quality meant we didn't didn't venture out for meals. The room was large, spacious and super clean. The hotel is not on Sanur beach which is a 3 minute walk away at the end of the street. If you can live without ocean views from your room, this hotel is the place to stay.

This hotel has the BEST customer service I've ever seen. Everyone is so polite and willing to help if you have a question. The infinity pool on the roof has the best view. Great breakfast options. 3 minutes away from Sanur Beach. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Bali.

Funky Hotel
Brilliant placed close to the beach, brilliant design and we loved the building. Rooms have great Artwork and are really funky. Breakfast is buffet with a great offering of options, staff are so lovely and caring. We had massages in the Hotel, they were excellent and it’s a beautiful room and girls were fantastic. A must!!!! We stayed 4 nights and would recommend staying there. Lots too restaurants close and beach is a fun place to visit.

Excellent stay. Room was large and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. Best sleep in a long time. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Service was friendly and quick. Et godt hotel hvor gæsten modtager en stor venlighed og en udsøgt service fra alle ansatte på hotellet. Gode værelser med et dejligt badeværelse. Fint og varieret morgenbuffet. Poolen var ikke stor, og der er for få solsenge. Men heldigvis ligger stranden kun 5 min væk fra hotellet.

Beautiful property. Lush with greenery. Beautiful breakfast area and nice breakfast. Stayed one night but can see it’s within walking distance to many nice shops and modern looking restaurants. Did not like that you can hear children, footsteps, work, trucks at night. Earplugs help.

I totally LOVED this place. It's artsy fartsy, everything is clean, the people and staff there speaks great english, super attentive and is great. Although the spa may not have as a super high class vibe as certain places, our consultant was Koh Ming (unsure how to spell), and was really good! Had a discound as an expedia member and I'm so glad we came here while our friends went to Glo Sanur for massage and was disappointed there. The food was also awesome, we wondered why we even went to other parts of Bali to eat local food.

I like the location and the place is very clean with a very friendly staff, wifi very good, breakfast ok. I like the pool but the area around the pool needs to be completely updated. There is no or very little shade. the whole area around the pool should be covered with what the Australian call "SHADE CLOTH". At present no matter what you will get sunburn. Nachdem wir ein Upgrade hatten, bekamen wir das größte Zimmer...sehr schön....Bad mit Dusche und Wanne...kleines Ankleidezimmer...für 3 Personen perfekt...auch einen kleinen Balkon gab es...Frühstück war im Vergleich zu den anderen 4 Hotels, Die wir bereits besucht haben, kleiner, aber völlig ok und Alles, Was wir probiert haben, ausser, dass Es nicht gewürzt war, lecker... Das Servicesystem habe ich auch nach 8 Tagen nicht verstanden. Die Tische sind recht klein und mit 3 Personen schnell voll....wenn dann nicht abgeräumt wird, ist Das etwas schlecht...an Kaffeespezialitäten konnte man sich wirklich Alles bestellen, wobei es dort oft zu Missverständnissen kam und je nach Aufkommen kam der Cappuccino, wenn man schon die Hälfte seines Frühstückes genossen hatte....war Alles etwas unorganisiert...aber man ist ja im Urlaub...es gab keine Pancakes...mein Mann, er ist Indobesier hat gefragt, ob unser Sohn Welche haben könnte...ab dem darauffolgenden Tag bekam er immer seine Pancakes und richtig lecker... Infinitypool top...dort war der Service sehr aufmerksam... Die Sauberkeit, vor allem im Restaurantbereich war wirklich toll....es wurde ununterbrochen gefegt...Das die Tische mit einem einzigen Lappen abgeputzt werden, daran haben wir uns nach 6 Wochen gewöhnt...Mein Mann nennt ihn schon den "Attentatlapen"...zum Strand hatten wir nicht weit...Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem modernen, mal etwas anderem Hotel....

Hotel is in a great location for Sanur, easy walking distance to dining, beach, and shopping. Hotel was very clean and nice rooms, however the one thing it could improve on was the timeliness of service. Whether it be serving food, serving coffee, checking rooms on checkout, they all were just very slow and sometimes forgotten after asking multiple times at breakfast. The evening service was better but the morning services need to improve. Overall though, that wouldn’t stop me from staying again as all staff are very friendly and the hotel itself was very nice.
