«We love staying at this property. We’ve stayed here multiple times with our family and dog. It’s close to the embarcadero and within walking distance of everything. The home is clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the TV is a smart TV, so you can throw shows up on the tv from your phone or tablet. «This is an awesome place to stay thanks to the amazing view. You have a front row seat on the beach, with the building extending further out onto the beach than any other so it's like you're alone in a treehouse. The sound of the ocean is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony (though there is no shade or table for eating). My kids enjoyed talking the people walking by from the balcony. «This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly»
