Vi overnattet en natt på Pullman New Delhi Aerocity i slutten av november-18, da vi skulle fly til Europa tidlig neste dag. Rommet var pent, men da min kone skulle tømme badekaret etter å ha tatt et bad om kvelden, rant det vann fra under badekaret ut over hele badegulvet. Det var en lekkasje. Hun måtte tørke opp med alle håndklær i badet, og stoppe tømming av badekaret. Hårtørkeren virket ikke på varme, slik at hun ikke kunne tørke håret. Vi klaget til resepsjonen tidlig neste morgen, som ville gi oss en kompensasjon på kun rupi 726, ca. USD 11. En latterlig lav kompensasjon for problemene vi fikk i rommet vårt. Limusinen vi hadde bestilt hos Pullman og betalt for å ta til flyplassen kom ikke som resepsjonen hadde fortalt oss ... og vi sto og ventet i 15 minutter mens resepsjonen ringte febrilsk rundt for å finne en ledig bil. Meget dårlig service fra resepsjonen, og vi vil aldri mer benytte oss av Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. Vi besøkte Delhi og Agra i en uke og hadde fantastiske opplevelser på to andre fem sterners hotell. Pullman derimot var en meget stor skuffelse.

The advertising for executive room with lounge access is misleading. In the room description it is very clear that t executive privileges to include full buffet breakfast, launch access ect this is why it is called executive room. We been asked to pay extra for breakfast. The outside wundows had some plastic from outside, which was half gone and made quite a noise. Also we have been given the price for airport transfer before arrival, and on check out the price was much higher and we had to provide the email to prove otherwise. Very unfriendly staff on check in and check out.

I always look forward to staying at the Pullman and being looked after by the attentive staff! From the concierge group to the wait staff in the dining room, they are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are soundproof so that when you feel jet lagged you can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary in its scope with so much variety. Don’t hesitate!

The fact that i wasnt alowd to take my Bose speaker into my room to listen to my music. I would not book this hotel again. They should have that on there website that you are not allowed to bring the speaker to the room. also thay want you to pay for room service everytime you ordered anything cannot charge it to the room.

We just got a room there waiting for our flight that left early in the morning 3:40am. Thy gave us 2 free drink vouchers for taking a few minuets longer than it was suppose to be, It only to 3-7 minuets to check in .Very nice hotel defiantly would stay there again.

I chose this hotel out of all the ones in Aerocity because it was the only one offering a bathtub in each room. The Pullman Spa was a fantastic find. The Spa Signature massage was the best one I have had with an unique deep tissue and stretching technique. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful with a variety of both International and Indian dishes on offer. The whole staff goes out of their way to answer your questions and any issues are resolved quickly. This is my hotel of choice now whenever I have a stopover in New Delhi.

Bath robe had a big mark and was dirty. At reception, guy even didn’t bother to tell where are we the elevators for room. He was in a rush despite there were no one else who was waiting to be checked in. For breakfast, we asked for high (baby) chair, which was available but they didn’t provide.
