«Great location to sample the different cafes and restaurants of Lewes, or simply walk the streets and admire the beautiful architecture. Also worked well for two days of telework, with a great office alcove with desk and the dining table in a separate room for a second teleworker. So much space in the apartment and close to everything. Easy and free street parking in April (I understand that changes to metered street parking in the summer).»

«We arrived after hours at the rental agency, sadly our keys and rental packet were not available. We called and received an immediate response. Our over the garage apartment looked exactly like the pictures, we made the bed and went to grab a late night bite. The location was perfect! We rode our bikes to the beach, the trails and Rehoboth. The access to the garage for bike storage and the washer and dryer was so convenient. We will be back!»

It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip.»

«Close to the beach. Quiet. Spacious, breezy balcony overlooking spacious and well-appointed back yard. New kitchen appliances. Great location for the dog too, with access to fenced-in yard plus easy walk to the beach. Perfect for another memorable family beach vacation.»

«Overall a lot left to be desired. The contract states they have until 6pm to clean the house but check in is at 3pm and not a second before... I can tell you if my house was not cleaned before my check in I would be passed. However, this house was barely clean, spent the first hour cleaning and the grill was filthy had to scrub it. They had a fee if you leave the grill a mess so probably pocketed the money from the previous tenant and still left it a mess for us... The AC in the small bedroom ...

«Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again.»

«We were delighted with our stay. Jenny was an exceptionally responsive, flexible host who made our quick winter getaway very easy. The apartment is well-laid out and feels spacious, 2 bathrooms is a plus. Just a short walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Good set up, we’d come back!»
