«I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again ...

«Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed. Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the ...

«We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I ...

«Le silkhauss est idéalement bien placé . L’appartement dispose d’une petite cuisine , bien utile . Il y a une très belle piscine , bien agréable avec une petite vue sur le Burj Khalifa et building et buildings alentours. Le point noire étant dès notre arrivée , le ménage n’était pas fait .(l’équipe ménage est venu dès le lendemain matin). «Room had a slight mold smell to it, but covered by a strong deodorizer. Room always felt moist even with the AC off and window open. My husband caught a very nasty cold. Housekeeping came when they wanted to literally at 7pm. When I wanted them they never came. Came when I didn’t need them. Kitchen supply very limited.
