And the kitchen is very well stocked. The view from the pool deck and balcony is drop-dead gorgeous, and we loved watching the cruise ships coming and going. It was clear that this is a house that is used often for vacations because there are so many nice touches -- plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, floaties ...

«We stayed at the property for a couple of nights after spending several days on St John. It was a perfect spot to end the trip! The pool was small but perfect for cooling off on the hot days! The views were fantastic! We had turtles, iguanas, and hummingbirds visit regularly while we enjoyed the pool and deck. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful! Steve has a great slice of paradise here. Proximity to Hull Bay was great for a quick drive down to the beach and eateries near Hull bay. We would love ...

«Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25 Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again!»

«The property (and views from it) were as wonderful as advertised! We visited a different beach almost every day, and then relaxed at night, often on the deck overlooking the bay. Paul was amazing, and responded immediately - and with a fantastically friendly demeanor - any time we had a question. The property was very well-stocked with pool and beach supplies, as well as towels, dishes/silverware, and general house supplies. We had a terrific vacation!»
