The 25.00 was simply authorization used for an incidental hold and was reversed upon check-out. It does show as a pending charge and depending on your bank it takes a few days for it to disappear from your account. You should see the authorization drop off usually 3 to 14 days depending on your bank but we assure you that there were no additional charges to your card. I also have to admit I was under the impression that someone from the Front Desk associates tried to reach out, but something must have happened during the call, again our sincerest apologies. I understand that it's a little late but I do hope that this explanation helps.
