$35 because it is "close to Downtown" is a joke, especially with an empty parking lot. Add to that the fact that my room was over 35 & incredibly loud; I ended up leaving a night early, the first time I have ever done that.

Hotel was very clean and in a nice area. Be mindful that you’re next to the freeway so of course it’ll be a tab bit noisy. The elevator was a little slow so I had to take the stairs a couple times which isn’t convenient depending on which floor you’re staying on. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

The Hotel is a good location close to everything downtown Dallas and has a lot of potential with a nice rooftop bar, but unfortunately they are not maintaining it! They had limited days and staff to clean the rooms and the rooftop bar was dirty and fire features not operational. Probably would need a great Manger to turn that place around.

The views were amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The rooftop bar was amazing. However the elevator stopped working our 2nd day in and with my father in a wheelchair that was very difficult us. The staff wasn’t as friendly or helpful as well.

Very nice property overall. I was a little shocked by the $35 valet fee. I should’ve called the property to ask. This information was not listed when I booked. I think the fee is not listed on purpose to lure customers. The parking lot is literally steps from the front door. I understand there’s a cost for the parking area and taxes on the land. I don’t understand why they have a valet attendant, working a desk outside, keeping your keys as the parking lot just feet away. The other thing is… If your room faces the highway, it’s extremely noisy from all the vehicles. They should’ve picked a soundproof window. However, I found the staff extremely friendly and the place is very clean. My two reasons above would be the reason I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we checked in, we discovered that valet parking was mandated and that was an extra 35 per day charge on top of some other tax charge, which added another 100.00 onto out total charge. Then , one of the two elevators were broken, so waiting on elevator was another mishap. One of tge guests staying there told us the Fire Department shut the one elevator down after tge party on tge roof got out of hand, and exceeded the person limitation...so when they couldnt open the elevator door to address this issues...they decided to shut it down. Thirdly, they tell you bugfet breakfast when it is actually run of the mill stale danishes, cold eggs and waffles. The coffee ran out out and noone was there to help guests. Then you get to your room, there are hardly any amenities ... it is bare bones lacking much to say. After all that, we went to check out and the only working elevator was now not working. We were in Dallas for my husband illness, so trying to climb 4 sets of stairs was incredibly difficult, and never mind trying to haul luggage down 4 flights. We asked for help and they sent one person. Unlievably horrible hotel, and we wont be staying ever again. No customer service and very unsafe facility.

There was a party on the top level my first night. It was noise and cause long waits for the elevator and on my 2nd day one the elevators was broken so it was a very long wait on the elevator. I had to take the stairs at one point and I was on the 6th floor very inconvenient.

This hotel was adorable. I loved it. The lobby was clean and modern. Had a pool table and lots of snacks for purchase, even had wine and beer for purchase. The staff was nice and friendly. Bed was comfy and the room was clean . Had a great view of downtown. The lemon soap smelled so good. The best part of this hotel was the roof top bar called sky Lounge. It was absolutely stunning. Perfect for any event or just to chill and catch a vibe. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself, incredible! Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good rooms. The downsides were loud against the highway, but a fan/white noise machine and ear plugs are in the room. Then it's NOT close to the market center train, 15-20min walk around the buildings. There's not a cut through. So you're walking over a mile. I'd stay here again due to the price and overall proximity to downtown, but limited transportation and homeless encampments under the bridges nearby.

The property was pretty nice looking and staff was very friendly. Oine it says parking available but upon arrival you find out it's available if you pay to park. Very tacky. Also my biggest negative was the handicapped room we stayed in. Whoever designed it has no clue as to the needs of the handicapped. The walk in shower and the bathroom floor are even. So when you should you step out to water everywhere. Literally pretty much the entire bathroom was soaked after a short shower. We dried it up the best we could but ran out of towels. So basically in the middle of the night when you have to use the toilet you have to walk through a wet floor in the middle of the night to do so. Plus the shower was made of smooth tile so you have to be very careful not to slip and bust your butt. Then the bed area had hardwood which was very cold. Just very welcoming but the shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Our overall stay was amazing but it was definitely noisy being right by the interstate.

Housekeeping never came to clean the room during my stay. The noise from the interstate was a problem during quiet hours. Other than that my stay was good.
