I love this property me and my fiancé use it as quick getaway and every time we stay we enjoy ourselves. We celebrating her birthday and the staff allowed me to check in early to decorate the room and even added some of their own decorations. Very friendly staff and amazing property all around good time every time.

Stay here was very pleasant. There are some sections that had construction going on and the bathrooms need a deeper cleaning. There was water built up on the shower heads and rust in the pipes that were visible to the eye. overall, the state was great. I would definitely visit again. Just know that I’ll be bringing my own cleaning products.

It is quiet and clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. I had a hard time regulating the room temp, but that’s what sweaters are for I don’t drink caffeine, there were no decaf options for tea or coffee. No continental breakfast.

I checked in late at night (11pm) but there was only 1 front desk attendant and there was a long line and wait time. The front desk agent who was there was excellent, she just needed help and more staff. They also lost my reservation so that ended up making my check in process take a bit longer as well.

The shower was broken in the hotel. The door lock wasn't functional and luckily I checked it before leaving. Lights were super bright at night coming in through the door security holes, which were not covered. I checked out after 1 night and went to a different hotel. The hotel then charged me for the original two nights and also charged me for the single night. It still has not been resolved. I will never stay at a Sandman property.
