I hadn't stayed at the Mansion for 20 years, but they still remembered me. Wonderful rooms and property, but it makes little sense to me that we had to find room service in order to order drinks in sitting on the patio because the restaurant closes 3 hours before the bar opens!

Simply the best! Even though we were there a short time, I would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful, great service, wonderful decorations, fantastic staff, and an overall outstanding experience. We truly only ordered room service, but it was truly delicious (except for the pizza wraps… not very tasty and strange). We will come again!

The pretentious cold staff makes staying at this hotel miserable. Used to travel to Dallas just for this gem of a hotel. It is unbearable now. We do not look or act the part, thank goodness, therefore we do not get the service. Last stay here.

Great staff, tired/dated property
The property is very dated and run down. There is no food/bev service at the pool. Guests have to walk not just through the hotel lobby, but either outside or through the private dining room, to get to the bar. Pool was also very dirty and the planes flying overhead constantly made for a very disruptive experience. Rooms were okay - comfortable enough, but not what you expect when paying a nightly rate as high as they charge. The staff, however, was excellent. Extremely communicative, accommodating, and helpful. They belong at a nicer property!!!
