Looking old and worn-hotel staff nice- very difficult to catch shuttle-night shuttle driver rude and grumpy-day shuttle driver nice. Shuttles are very old and extremely dirty. Would not stay here again

The customer service was great, no issues there. Black gentleman was very professional and courteous. The second floor smelled like an old mop. The guest next door was very loud where you can hear them and the tv as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. Hair dryer was terrible. Denny’s next door sucks

First of I'd like to say that the staff are incredible. The frontdesk guy at night was amazing and very nice, they have a shuttle to and from the airport but you have to call the hotel so they can pick you up. The building itself looks dirty and old, the second floor smelt like weed, my room felt dusty and the toilet bowl has some hair and urine marks that was left there. The room beside me was so loud and my room smelt like weed in the middle of night maybe because the next room was doing it. I just wanted to get some sleep after a long flight but this did not do.

The free shuttle to and from DFW airport is nice. However, expect to wait a half hour for a pick up. Morning shttles to the airport run at the top of every hour. The beds and pillows are comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, request a room that does not face the expressway. We had to change our room because it was too noisy, and were very happy with our new room. The property has been freshly remodeled and the new decor is beautiful.

Unfortunately, there's still a "Leftover Room" where the deal isn't worth it. It is closest to the elevator, as well as adjacent to the housekeeping cart storage room AND under the available laundry room. Every door slam rocked the lampshades in this quaint room, where despite the strategic placement of the smallish flat screen, you have to raise the volume significantly to overcome the noisy window HVAC unit found in many motels. Basically, you leave early, come back after sundown and tolerate the louder late arrivals, as well as the party hardy folk during their time in the elevator space. A negative 5 for the room, a plus 4 for staff and all the walkable places (Red Lobster to Macy's) depending on your fitness level.

45 minute wait for a van that takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. When querying the driver he was unable to communicate in English. When asking the receptionist about it he said that all he does is text the driver and whatever happens-happens! Totally unacceptable.

Staff was rude when scheduling airport shuttle, morning shuttle was not aware that we had booked the shuttle to go back to the airport and was not prepared for us. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Room was spacious and convenient to DFW.

Hotel had a funny smell and felt super muggy everywhere. Wasn’t the cleanest place and the beds were uncomfortable. They only provide three pillows and they aren’t even full size pillows. Was okay for a one night stay before a flight out.
