«My company moved me from Down East to Atlanta last year and this was a great spot for our Spring Break trip back to the coast. There was plenty of space for all of us (I have 2 20-something and 1 high school age sons). The location was great, and the host was fantastic. We will be booking this place again on our next visit, hopefully soon!»

The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was clean, has good appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and basic cleaning goods. It was super clean. Fantastic views and right at the oceanfront. Allows dogs and we brought ours and you’d never know the place was pet friendly unless you knew it up front. «We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. Everything was exactly as advertised and the pictures posted are 100% accurate. The communication with Jamie was prompt and professional. The bedrooms are laid out very nicely to give everyone their own space, the balconies (front and back) provide nice views, the beach is a very short and comfortable walk down the street. I would recommend this house and look forward to perhaps visiting again one day.»

«Kellie’s property was perfect for a long weekend with family by the beach. Several places to eat and little shops all within walking distance. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable, one of the best I’ve ever slept in at a short term rental. Kellie was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to all questions and concerns. We will definitely stay again while visiting in the area.»

«Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay here, it is a lovely home and we all had a great time. The house had everything we needed furnishings-wise, we brought our groceries of course, and were able to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood is great, located near shops and food within walking distance but also accessible by golf cart if you don't drive on Coast Guard Rd (you are allowed to cross it though). «We met our family in NC to spend the week together. NC is the halfway point between us. The cottage was clean & ready for us. The location is so convenient. We loved Ft. Macon state park & beach. Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. The downstairs full bath is highly convenient for 6 people, only can use some ventilation. Thanks again!»

«When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.»
