«My husband and I had a wonderful time in the downtown area. Our host was wonderful and very timely in answering any questions. While we weren’t in the apartment a ton, we did enjoy the quiet and cozy accommodations. My only suggestions to the owner would be to have a keypad for the door instead of a lockbox, and a more comfy couch/sitting area. «This was a great value for our family of 4 versus staying in a crowded and more expensive hotel room. The property was clean,.comfortable, and had all of the basics. We didnt have a car, so it was a little tricky getting in for the first time because you have to enter through the gate and 3rd floor of the garage but once we were in, it was easy with the key fob to go in and out. «My unit was as described, it was clean, easy to access, a nice large TV, nice shower, linens, large closet, a coffee pot, a small fridge and a microwave. I was alone, so I didn't mind the appliances were all located just feet from my bed. It indicated a laundry room however this unit did not have laundry. «We stayed here for our trip to Minute Maid park. We walked from here to the ballpark. I do recommend using uber or another ride share if you plan on walking back at. night. so my review of the property 1. Owner: Very nice, very helpful, very responsive. We loved dealing with her. 2.
