Property is modern and well kept. Staff was cordial and helpful. Only issue is the scent that they use in their rooms is very strong. I’m sensitive to scented products and it was a little uncomfortable. The desk manager was very helpful and readily switched rooms for me. The new room was better.

Great shower with curved door and nice Shower Head and Shower Valve Friendly staff Super Quiet room (maybe I was the loud one) Great breakfast The door security was a little suspicious Appeared to have been broken into Door did not seem secure Outside security was great I had to walk back out to my car from the back door and the secure team saw me and came across in their Blue Light Car to check things out Made me feel good

Staff was rude. They gave me a HC room , it that was a suite like I paid for I was truly disappointed.. with a tub requested a walk in shower . Breakfast was mediocre at best . My typical stays at a holiday inn express is generally favorable .
