Hello, thank you for your thoughtful feedback, we always appreciate hearing from our guests and it helps us ever improve! We of course would like to first and foremost apologize for the mishaps during your stay. We unfortunately had a more extensive repair in our bathroom than we anticipated, and did everything we could to move guests where we could. This is not a typical scenario, and we assure you we do care about our guests and their needs and tried to get things up and running as soon as we could.We also are so sorry about the sunglasses! Our staff searched high and low, and called our linens crew who are also keeping an eye out. We take lost items very seriously, and will reach out as soon as they turn up!We are glad you enjoyed your time in the restaurant with the staff and ambiance, and the grounds which our team takes pride in keeping nice for our guests!
