«Property is a cosy, classic cottage set back in a quiet location. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy morning coffee/evening drinks. Skipper the host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, fresh fruit, wine and bread. The cottage was spotless: comfy beds and furnishings. «We had a marvellous three-night stay at Lansdowne. Corinne, the manager was very warm and welcoming. She provided a lot of helpful tips on where to eat or visit in the area. There is a wonderful breakfast selection from the cold buffet as well as off the menu for the freshly prepared breakfast choices. «The Inn consists of several well kept old building, an we got a room in the main building. The rooms have names, not numbers, and we stayed in the Penn room on the top floor. We had lovely views over the garden and the river. The surroundings are so picture perfect; it feels like your walking around in a British TV series.»
