«I have never have stayed right on the beach. With this vrbo, we did. Omar, the caretaker, was awesome. If we had any concerns, he was there to help us. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was also a nice touch to have a mini-tent set up to keep us in the shade. This came in handy with Costa Rican hot sun. Would definitely return.»

«This was our first time in Costa Rica. The location of the condo was perfect for being able to walk everywhere. The beach was very close. The condo pool was easy to get to and fun with a swim up pool bar. There was plenty of room to spread out, have fun dinners or relax in your room. The balconies were great to experience the sunrises and watch the sun go down over the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.»

«Roger and his wife Pat were amazing hosts. They were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Their house is located right on the beach and just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Tamarindo (but still within walking distance). I highly recommend staying here!!»

«Cabañas del Rio was a wonderful place to stay in La Fortuna. We stayed in the family unit with three queen beds and a kitchen. It worked out great for our family of 6.
