«Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. «We had a lovely time watching the moon rise over the mountain each night from one of several balconies in the house. Our host was very responsive and helpful. When we arrived, we were presented the home in a friendly manner. A beautiful home to enjoy Lake Como. Walking distance to the town center.»

When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. «Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !»

«The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa»

«This was our first trip to Lake Como and we didn’t know exactly what to expect, but I feel like we won the lottery by choosing this villa. If you can believe it, the villa, the rooms, the views and the lake are all even more beautiful than the pictures.
