«The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. The location is perfect for golf or wineries and the hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We will be recommending it to friends and are already talking of a return!»

«Overall great house- location perfect. The mattresses in the bunk room were not suitable for an adult so our friend who slept on it had a fair amount of back pain. Would not plan on 4 adults in this house. Other than that, amazing place»

«Our group of 5 ladies stayed at the Hot Toddy for two nights and we wished we had booked it for at least one more night to take advantage of all the amenities. We came down to spend a day at the hot springs which was very close by. The property was adorable, comfortable, clean and had beautiful scenery. We loved our trip so much and would definitely come back to this property on our next trip to Pagosa.»

«Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic»
