Flott hotell, god service. Eneste og sette fingeren på var at det var litt sen innsjekk og flytter man på møbler var det ikke vasket under. Super beliggenhet.

Charming hotel in fantastic surroundings. Really serviceminded employees. Only negative thing is that parking is little bit away from the hotel.

Fantastisk by og koselig hotell. Super beliggenhet. Veldig hyggelig personale, men ble litt skuffet over at det ikke var mulig å få noe mat i restauranten. Visste ikke at man skulle ha booket på forhånd. Da jeg ønsket å kikke litt rundt på hotellet blandt annet i den hyggelige restauranten ble vi jaget ut. Bortsett fra dette var alt supert.

Hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet
Vi ble møtt av en svært hyggelig resepsjonist som fortalte oss hotellets historie. Hele personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og imøtekommende.

Great location in a classic building
Great location in a classic building - rooms were nice and clean. Nice rooms with a feeling of living in the old-times. Breakfast costs extra and is expensive.

This property is in a wonderful location, easily walkable all around the town to shopping, restaurants and site seeing. When you walk inside, you are taken back to life from generations past. Very clean, staff is nice and accommodating too.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. The staff helped us with a private driver who took us to a few villages and wine tastings. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice it was so good and staff was super nice. The bar was also very nice. We will stay there again in the future.

Just a gem built in the 1500’s with a fantastic breakfast. It is old but not tired at all. They even have a lift. Everyone was so gracious especially Madam who makes the most dreamy eggs. The hotel Sits on a canal in the Venice of France it was delightful sitting on their enclosed deck sipping our coffee watching swans and ducks go by. We could walk the entire town from our hotel and we did. Try to get a one hour guide to familiarize yourself with the history of the town. Just so you know there is a Monoprix in town if you forgot something.

The carpeting in the room needs updating - it has stains and is obviously old. The bathtub is elevated and has a precarious step to get out.

Charming hotel and friendly staff. The hotel has no 'communal lounge area' but there is a cocktail bar. Not one where you would sit to read a book though.

Very nice hotel. I wish they had more stuff that spoke other languages tho, I speak 3 languages and it wasn’t easy to communicate except our last night we had a waiter (Camille) who spoke English.

Lovely historic hotel in a great location
We enjoyed our room very much. The hotel is very old with unique architecture. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for Christmas on the outside. One Christmas market is right across the street. Breakfast lacked any gluten free bread but was otherwise well stocked.

Very dated room, misleading pictures. But of a smell to the room. Was very disappointed from the pictures we saw online and felt very misguided. Breakfast was great tho and the staff was nice. Just a shame it’s so dated. Felt like we rents an apartment from 1992 vs a cozy room as the pictures showed. For example, the room we got wasn’t in the main building, it was off to the side where you had to walk back out the front to the street and take a hidden door on the side. The show was a sliding glass quarter round, back to what they looked like in the late 90s. Except the door wouldn’t close. Wheels were off the track. There was mold on the baseboards of the room, and the limited carpet area was rough looking. Over just super weathered and not very maintained. Again it’s more of a late 90s apartment rental vs a cozy Christmas hotel with the premium price

Difficult parking
Parking was very very difficult! I wish i had been told ahead that the Christmas market structures would be constructed and parking would be difficult. We had too many luggage pieces to walk many many blocks and then up to roof floor.

古い木造の建物をリノベーションしたようで、快適でした。廊下も階段も込み入ってるので、お部屋を迷ってしまいます。英語よりはフランス語かドイツ語が通じますが、スタッフはとても親切です。近くに美味しいお店がいっぱいあって、楽しいところです。

A very quaint hotel - though perhaps a bit too quaint, as the lobby area was often quite crowded. It was conveniently located, a short walk from the train station, and from the old town.

Convenient place to stay while visiting Colmar. I was great cil for the solid air conditioning during the heat wave, being intolerant to heat. At first, I was concerned about all the stairs leading up to the fourth floor since I had made sure to verify ahead of time that there was an elevator available, but the staff helps get your bags up to your room and back down for you, which was fantastic. I had one of the attic rooms which was cozy for a single person. The view from the room looked out over the canal where I could see travelers. I was not overly excited by the breakfast. But I was grateful that I was able to sleep as well as I did, and have those comforts during my stay. There was construction going on on the street to the hotel, which made getting a taxi a bit of a challenge at times. If taking a bus, it is just a short 10 to 15 minute walk from the station to the hotel which was also convenient.

A beatifull hotel on a beautifull location in Colmar. We were surprised that the Michelin restaurant was closed in spite of the fact it should be open 7 days a week. Breakfast - Eggs and eggs was running out twice......in spite of the high price
