If you want a basic, no frills option for just a passing through stay over this is a good option. The location is good and free parking is a bonus. Our Uber driver said its in one of the safer places. Overall experience was good...only negatives were no bath towels in the room and the room had an odd smell...not over powering but got used to it the longer we were in the room.

The bed was a king and had queen size super thin comforter and padding on it. Askes for towels as the room only had 2, eas told they had none yet only 12 cars in the parking lot for a 100 room facility. Tried to get coffee the 1st morning, it was cold at 645am and no cream in sight. Asked for some and was told to wait lile I was a bother to this big guy working the counter eating his pancakes instead of doing his job. Ive stayed at many Hiltons like this and tbis one was so bad I wont do it again. The mattress was so hard the floor was better. Thankfully we brought blankets with us. Oatmeal was all water, bananas wwre so old and rotten random caes parked outside blocking parking spots. Just a horrible experience. Especially when you are in town for medical reasons.

The hotel and staff were great! Lobby was bright and inviting. The area around the hotel was not the greatest, kind of run down, not well maintained.

Showed them my reservation, they shrugged, said Expedia failed to book for the second date (the second date was on the reservation), and told me they had no rooms. Tru showed absolutely no concern for the situation.

Hotel itself was not bad, but the surrounding area is terrible. Boarded homes, abandoned businesses and no places to eat. It is however close to the City.

Pros: The place was fairly clean. There were several staff members friendly enough to make eye contact and greet you. They have their own parking lot with plenty of room. Plenty of common areas. Cons: The gals at the front desk made every effort not to talk to you or look at you which made check in pretty awkward. The mattress and pillows were terrible junk. Our mattress was bent to the point where you couldn’t really even lay flat. No sleep. The coffee was just awful. All in all we felt perfectly safe and clean but the bedding really needs some work and some of the staff could use some training.

The bathroom fan was on the entire time I was there. I could hear the people who stayed in the room above mine walking around. Breakfast was good. Facility was modern but not clean in corners. When I moved the ironing board,there was a lot of dust

Overall the hotel is short staff. On a bust weekend day, there is no enough breakfast. Inside and outside needs better cleaning.

It was a very clean hotel with a lot of great spaces for sitting and relaxing. The breakfast had a lot of options with fresh fruits, cereals, oatmeal, and the normal breakfast offerings.

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. In order to heat foods we had to use lobby microwave and it's not always cleaned. I also didn't like that the rooms didn't have drawers or closets. Overall it was decent for the price

Staffs are so so.. nothing particular Breakfast was actually pretty good and coffee was great Parking lot was ample Neighborhood seems very rundown dead industrial area But, the worst of all was the hotel room was extremely filthy I didn't want to walk around barefoot. Request for a recliner in our room for 2 nights of our stay by calling the property, explaining we were there for my Nephews heart surgery at Cleveland clinic that he wasn’t able to lay flat and was told that the recliner would be there only to arrive to no recliner in the room. Our request for additional pillows was available until the night before we left, he didn’t need them then! Housekeeping signage was confusing. The room signage said rooms were clean every other day but found signage in the hall saying it had to be requested 24 hours in advance. Either way I wasn’t pleased to be in a room 3 days without any housekeeping! On a brighter note the breakfast bar was nice!
