Every staff member I encountered was phenomenal, but that didn’t take away from this nasty property. The pictures can’t be of this hotel, because it’s yucky, but the staff is very kind, and downstairs will smell like the most amazing cleaning products, but again, dirty hotel. The area has plenty to do and plenty to eat, I’m just not sure how such a nasty property exists there, and it has nothing to do with the construction signs posted, without a lick of construction or upgrading going on.

This property is conveniently located within miles of CLE, walking distance to a Walmart, and across the street from the mall and dining options. The staff was helpful. The reason why I booked this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle, but it wasn’t available for my departure time. So I took an Lyft. Only one elevator was working at the time to my floor, which was slow and loud. The room and bathroom looked very surface level wiped down only type of clean and was unable to sit on the couch because of stains. I almost left the hotel, but because I was only there for a night, it worked. Super friendly staff, just needs a little TLC in the rooms. Thank you!

I had two rooms. One the AC didn’t work and the other has blood on the pillow. Would not recommend.

The property was dirty , my towels were disgusting , the pool wasn’t open , limited silverware , mold on the walls . And hair all over the place that wasn’t mine .

The hotel looks very old, some spaces are clean but you can see how the years have impacted the structure. It was not possible to use the A/C because of the noise. Some walls and ceilings were cracked and there was always some smell in the room. Which was not cleaned during the all stay (5 days). Some of the staff was good but there was a lack of customer service overall. During breakfast the utensils do not look clean, not only the ones we used but also where the food was.

I would not recommended this place to anyone! It is very dirty, outdated, and dirty. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt! The only updated part of this hotel is the lobby. The elevator was filthy. The whole hotel smells like an elderly high rise. Our room had an old stained couch with a whole in it. Buttons missing from the air conditioning unit. Dirt and mold in the bathroom. Rust in the toilet bowl. Peeling wallpaper, musty carpet, a mini fridge with a microwave stack on top on the floor, and limited washcloths and towels. I got a full refund and moved to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The pool and gym were not available for our use, and we specifically chose a hotel with these features. It would have been great if they made its own that the hotel would be under renovations. Also, our room key stoped working 4 times and we kept having to go back to reception for them to reset it.

Despite calling this hotel and letting them know my flight would get in late, so I'd be checking in late, and the hotel letting me know that would be fine, they resold my room and left me stranded. We were told it was "first come, first served" on room availability, which is not what I expected to hear regarding a reservation, and they were sold out. As final insult, they refused to issue a refund, contending it was my fault.

This property has a sign in the lobby that it is undergoing renovations. The ceiling is failing down and not toped off. Its smells and the room we said in had prior quests items left. The bathroom door knob was lose and missing a lightbulb. This hitel was disgusting!

Stayed one night was planning to stay longer but after checking in I got up and took the drive back home to New York. At check in there was 3 staff members standing at the desk, one was helping a customer the other two was talking amongst themselves. I waited to check in for about 20 minutes then when I did the female attendant was very rude. If you don’t like your job quit!!! Then when I got to my room I paid extra for a room with a balcony but got a room looking out at the roof I was going to go complain but at this point I was tired. I am very disappointed and will stay elsewhere whenever I come to Ohio

Do NOT stay here if you need a flight to Hopkins anytime before 8 am because, the RL AIRPORT hotel shuttle doesn’t take the first trip till then. It would be nice to put that on their website instead of “airport shuttle”. The whole point of staying there was the access to the shuttle to the airport however, it didn’t work out that way when we inquired upon check-in. Even if we had stayed at that hotel overnight they charge $10 a day to leave your car there if you are going to leave it. Cost me another $104.00 at the airport parking lot across the street from Cleveland Hopkins. Entire hotel gives off late 70’s vibe….”The Shining “ style. Unable to stay there again. Front desk guy was friendly.

Nothing special but I would stay again at the price. Bartender wasn’t there, and neither was the breakfast. But the place was clean and comfortable. Curtains were too narrow to stay closed enough to keep the room dark.

It took 45 minutes to check in because the key card machine was broken. (No offer of discount for inconvenience.) Breakfast costs $8 extra per person. At the price we paid, this should be free. Key card quit working so I had to back to front desk to get it fixed. Had to go to front desk for a towel for 3rd guest. Bathtub is slippery. Drinking fountain by exercise room inoperative. Room was nice.

Thank you for your response some times technology is out of our control. Key machine was down and we felt that the pricing was well within the market in regards to Breakfast price of eight dollars

We were given the room keys three different times and had to go up and down three times when they didn’t work. And lady at desk front was sleeping and irritated at us. Finally gave us a new room but very inconvenient.

We booked this hotel specifically for the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport as listed,however upon checking in the girl was newer and said I had to request the shuttle in the morning. At 4am we headed to lobby to be told the shuttle didn’t start until 8am! Our flight was at 6 so we had to drive and pay to park at the airport. The hotel is old and gross,not somewhere I’d stay at again.

King size room with a foyer, 2 separate sinks and a fold out couch. It ferls like your living in a efficiency. I have been there four times and I’m looking forward to staying many times in the future. Oh, and the breakfast selections are DELICIOUS!

Good hotel
This hotel is an older hotel. Not all spiced up with alot of new furniture, etc. our son lives close by and we stay at this hotel quite often, we have always found it adequate and clean. A good price as well.

Enjoy the staff. Everything was perfect. The shuttle was on time everything went smooth love going to this place. This is my fourth time going here so every time I come in town I’m using this location.
