The hotel was decent, with a good location for getting to the sights in the area. However, we specifically booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were given a room with one king bed. That would have been fine, except there were three of us. We were told that the rooms were first come first serve. Staff said they were fully booked and could not help us. Had we known there was a chance we would not get the two beds we specifically booked, we would have booked elsewhere.

Liked the location and overall cleanliness. Noise from outside the hotel was loud until about midnight. Several motorcycles kept driving down the street which could be easily heard in our room.

The facility and the staff were excellent. Reception was wonderful and welcoming. And the location was actually very nice. However, no fault of the hotel, but there seems to be a street racing issue in the area, and the noise of the racing vehicles through the night was excessive.

The property over all was clean and what you would expect. However, for a king suite with a hotel room at $400 was not worth it. No water provided, hotel staff not personable, one room card did not work. Valet sparse has to park in a parking garage and carry luggage with us. After 11 front doors lock staff rude. Breakfast stops at 10 and was inconvenient otherwise good and clean

I was here one night prior to a wedding, and I really enjoyed my stay! The facility was very clean and quiet during my stay. I lucked out and got a corner room which was very nice. Only downside was the parking. The only parking available for the hotel was valet which was $45 per night. Valet staff were very helpful and friendly, but just take this this into account with the price when booking. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

I liked that the property was located close by the area I was walking to. The lady at the front desk was not very nice when we first checked in. I didn't like that the public restrooms in the lobby were closed and you had to go all the way back to your room after eating breakfast. I didn't like that there were no microwaves in the room. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

Had a lot of construction going on, which is fine because it was quiet. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows. They were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced any where we've ever stayed. Everything else was great!

They are undergoing a complete renovation so the rooms were in great shape and clean. Breakfast was really good and convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were really pleased.

The property is currently under significant renovations, therefore my review is a bit "harsher" than would otherwise be the case. I am certain once the renovations are complete, the property will be wonderful. The staff were friendly, but when asked what to do in the area, they said "nothing really", which does not help when looking for suggestions in their town. Should have some go tos for entertainment, dining and shopping. Only parking option is valet and limited parking in the area for overnight stays.

Our stay was just a quick overnight but it was wonderful! Centrally located to everything we needed. We were on the 14th floor with a corner room that gave us a beautiful view of the lake. We had a newly renovated room that was clean, stylish and cozy. Bed was comfortable with super comfortable pillows. Only disappointment was no microwave in the room but not a biggie. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely stay again.

Really great staff and made sure we had a great stay. The construction was distracting and noisy but I understand it was part of the deal. We had people wake us up with their dog barking and kept us up late going in and out of their room late at night slamming the door. No soap in the bathroom for washing hands and had to ask to get some the day after we checked in. The toilet in our room was installed crooked and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up every time so had to be careful there. Over all it was a very nice room for the price and amenities.
