It is right on the beach, steps away from the ocean and a short walk to all restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing girls getaway. «Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. «Classic seaside cottage with rooms for two families plus mom. Outdoor cabana served as master for CA couple and three bedrooms gave parents and ‘nana with three under 9 lots of choices. Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!»

«It was so bad we didn't stay yet the host refused to refund. The building is falling apart and shored up with braces, I have flashes of the Surfside collapse. It's so had that its closed off to vehicles. There's no way I would have been able to sleep there. The beds, full size at best, had a wrong size thin fitted sheet and a comforter, no top sheet even. The futon was worn out as was the entire place! Save the hastle and scrabble of having to find something else last minute. And a substantial ...

We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!»

«Our overall stay was very good. Having the 2 houses with the connecting courtyard was great for our situation. We would have liked to see both houses cleaner, but overall the houses were nice. Great seating on the courtyard. A little north of the 'main action' but it was walkable and we loved it being so close to the beach.»

«Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk ...
