Bonjour Monsieur. Guy, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour dans notre maison d'hôtes. Cependant, sur le site il est écrit que pour accéder à la maison d'hôtes il y a vingt marches, si une personne a un handicap physique notre maison n'est pas recommandée. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, le système est entièrement neuf et installé il y a seulement 9 mois, si vous n'arriviez pas à faire fonctionner la télécommande vous auriez pu nous appeler, nous serions heureux de venir vous aider. Nous ne comprenons pas le problème de devoir attendre 1 minute pour que l'eau chaude arrive. Si vous ne souhaitiez pas dormir sur la mezzanine, nous aurions pu vous préparer un lit au rez-de-chaussée, mais vous ne nous l'avez pas demandé... Nous espérons que vous avez apprécié la croisière et que vous reviendrez en Italie. .Salut

Dear Mr. Cure we are sorry that you have not read in the reservation that we are landlords and we are not a hotel. In any hotel there is a check-in time, if you didn't like ours you could ask if we could welcome you at a different time (three months have passed since your stay, I can't remember if you arrived at check-in at a different time). We are always available to customers, just ask and we always provide all the support we can give. If you wanted a five-star service, you didn't have to book in a guesthouse (84 for four people) but you had to go to the Hotel De La Ville (155 per person) or a similar hotel, there you can find a service at your disposal for all the 24 hours. It is not true that we do not answer calls, there is also a telephone in the guesthouse in case yours does not work, if you had called us we would have answered and helped you. We are also sorry that you are one of the few people who did not appreciate our guesthouse and our service. We hope you enjoyed the cruise and that you return to Italy for your holidays.Greetings
