Vi kom sent som avtalt, og betalte 25 euro ekstra etter stengetid. Heldigvis hadde vår taxisjåfør gps, det var vanskelig å finne. Men servicen var helt topp.Loris og Rita gjorde alt for at vi skulle føle oss velkomne.Rommene var så flotte,rene og med fantastisk fin utsikt. Frokost på kjøkkenbordet med få gjester. Sjarmerende.Vi var to vennepar som skulle videre på cruise. Vi ville velge dette stedet igjen.

We cannot say enough how wonderful Loris & his staff are. They could not do enough for us. They helped with luggage, parking, dropping off the car & luggage storage to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful room with an awesome view. I’m a lifetime Hilton @ Marriott member so I’ve stayed at my share of hotels. La Casa is in the top three in the world we have stayed at. We will definitely be back! Awesome place!

It was a seamless booking experience with the ability to book a private car from the airport to their bed& breakfast.The property was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was available at 8am with coffee, cappuccino, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The refrigerator was well stocked with beer and wine along with snacks available throughout the day. The balcony provided a relaxing atmosphere and views. Quick walk to the port. Numerous restaurants in the area. I look forward to our next visit

La Casa sul Mare was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The property was perfectly located to shops and restaurants and the beach. The views were beautiful. The proprietors were AMAZING - making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and abundant. I cannot say enough about our stay except I wish we'd had more time there!

Loris and his group are fantastic, this place is an absolute must if you are coming in before a cruise, staying after, or just want to stay outside of Rome. Loris arranged travel to and from the airport for us, and over to the cruise boat. He helped us figure out where to go for the day, what to see and where to go eat as well. All of the recommendations were top notch. The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast in the morning with the other guests are great also. I would recommend this place to anyone, all the time.

If you have the chance to stay at La Casa Sul Mare, do it! We stayed one night and loved our room and our view. The best part of our stay was our hosts' kindness and hospitality (and the amazing pistachio cream pie).

Exceptional Property
La Casa sul Mare is a unique property. It is a situated very close to the port in Civitavecchia, which makes it exceptionally convenient for those taking cruises. More than that, it is a lovely bed and breakfast. It is welcoming, comfortable, and exceptionally service oriented. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with Wi-Fi, updated baths, and lovely views. The owners go above and beyond to assist patrons with dinner reservations and advice on sightseeing. Additionally, they made our transfer reservations for us from the airport to their beautiful property. The location is exceptional. Highly recommended! We give this special property 5 stars.

We loved the service, we loved our room, we had a balcony it was just gorgeous. The room, and the dining area was very clean, lots of choices of food, and drink were included. Great atmosphere, we would stay there again. We didn’t need a shuttle service, we took the train from the airport, and we were met at the train by the hotel manager/owner, and he carried our luggage back to the hotel for us, it was a short walk to the hotel

Very nice property. Don’t let the ‘gallery’ look fool you. we were met downstairs and proceeded to the third floor to a lovely area with a dining table, coffee, snacks, etc and a good breakfast in the morning, from hard boil eggs to amazing pastries. Friendly, helpful and a good and safe place to stay. Nice hot shower in our room facing the ocean. Lovely place to stay. We were there for one night before we got on a cruise ship.

I absolutely loved this property! The owner(s) Loris and Rita and staff member Ember were very accommodating, helpful and wonderful people. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful. The bathroom was amazing, double sinks, huge beautiful shower, bidet, etc. The breakfast was also wonderful and presentation outstanding! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again if I return to Civitavecchia. Had a lovely view of the Mediterranean from the balcony and walkable distance to restaurants, train station and not far from the cruise port. I actually wished I had booked for a couple of days instead of just one day after our cruise.

Your warm welcome and accommodating style by everyone made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The room we had was perfect, very clean, and quite comfortable. A gem of a host with a fabulous property. We hope to be able to return. La Casa sul Mare is a perfect pick for a stay be it short long. We were there to start our cruise from the port only blocks away. You can walk or take the bus from a stop just over the square.

This is a small guest house with five very nice rooms! Loris, Rita and the staff are so friendly and responsive to your needs. Very central to everything and a short walk to the free cruise ship shuttle. Loris can arrange transportation options for you, as well as restaurant suggestions and reservations. Don’t let the exterior of the building cause you not to book. This is a gem of a place.

I wish there was an even higher rating than Excellent. La Casa Sul Mare is absolutely SUPERB! Everything and everyone were just perfect, from the homemade pistachio cake to the warm hospitality to the comfy bed to the sparkling cleanliness. We were blown away about how nice the owner's were!!! We were in constant communication with Loris through our email and he even met us at the train station and took our bags for us!!! The property is the BEST!!!!!! You can tell that there is a great sense of pride. We only stayed one night but it was a GREAT experience!!! Great job Loris and his co workers!!!

My review is long overdue. Loris and Rita were incredibly hospitable - I mean above and beyond, over the top, wonderful hosts - and fabulous ambassadors of the city. Civitavecchia itself is grossly underrated (and perhaps the residents would like to keep it a secret!) The hotel itself was fantastic... comfortable bed, clean room, fabulous view! Breakfast was delicious as well, with local pastries and great coffee, among other choices like healthier items. We will return again and again. PS The hotel arranged our ground transfers, and they were also perfect. On time, great drivers, clean vehicles - no hassle. THANK YOU LORIS AND RITA!

It was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Europe! Our deluxe bedroom and bathroom had been fully updated with all the latest comforts and luxuries, as had all the other bedrooms. The decor was lovely. The bathrooms were sparkling, the shower was large, modern and had plenty of water pressure. The bed was nice and firm. Each room had a lovely little terrace with a sea view. Our host was very caring and helpful! There were plenty of beverages, snacks, fruit, cakes and confections available 24hrs for guests to help themselves too. Breakfast cooked to order in the morning, but we indulged ourselves with their wonderful cappucino and Italian Pastries. Thank you Loris and Rita for a wonderful stay before our cruise.

Wonderful stay at La Casa sul Mare
We had a wonderful stay , property is excellent. Loris , Rita and staff could not have been more hospitable, and the room was first class. We had a large balcony oveooking the sea front and central to the town. It is also close to the cruuse port fir those basing themselves there in advance of a cruise. Definitely use again next time.
