It was weird, we got checked into a room, Then some random guy came Into the lobby and insisted we move Rooms. What was wrong with the original room? Made me very uncomfortable as a women.

Convenient location just off interstate 75. Very inexpensive, free coffee in the morning, breakfast was apparently just oatmeal packets. Pet friendly. Overall good hotel for price and location for one night.

Was awaken by a woman screaming at a man…police were called…didn’t feel safe and could not check out fast enough…room was not clean…window wouldn’t lock and screen was lying in the landscape outside the window. “Breakfast” was some cereal bars and some muffins…never again

The room was fine but the bathroom had a few issues. The biggest was the exhaust fan was very loud and if you turned on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan fired up. The exhaust fan did not even draw the moisture out of the bathroom. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay near downtown Cincy, it is fine.

The “breakfast included” was coffee and instant plain oatmeal. The “fully stocked” kitchen I was told about upon speaking to reservations before our stay was not stocked with anything. No cups, mugs, plates, bowls,utensils, serving spoons, no pots or pans, no coffee maker. We chose to stay here so we could cook and avoid eating out and save money.We had to eat out everyday and night costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars extra. We had to extend our stay due to personal reasons and they did let us do that. Free parking was true. Do not recommend.

The staff was amazingly friendly. The lobby was very clean. We had to have our room changed out because the first one smelled of smoke. While the rooms were clean, they were dated and in need of repairs. The bathroom was small and kinda hard to get in and out. Overall, for the money it was a good experience.

The staff I dealt with were all very nice but this is not a great hotel. Felt like there were a good deal of permanent tenants and had some concerns about safety and definitely noise. Also, though there is a kitchen in the room it was equipped with nothing. When I checked in the staff member asked if I would like anything for my kitchen as it came empty. I said yes and he gave me a plastic bin with the bare necessities. It is hard to find affordable hotels in the cincy/covington area so that is why I chose it but I would not stay there again. The free breakfast was pretty much nothing. A few packaged muffins and some coffee- no milk, nothing fresh at all. Ended up going out to breakfast as there was nothing there to eat. Almost would have been better with nothing.

Great sleep
We came in for a Bengals game. The day was great, we enjoyed our time in Cincinnati. I do not enjoy sleeping at a hotel, usually too noisy. Next to the bridge made me nervous, but it was great. Probably the best sleep at a hotel ever.
