Best hotel in Chicago!
I had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula. Everything from check in to checkout was absolutely amazing. The breakfast in The Lobby was delicious, service was just right, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Unfortunately the pool was closed for annual maintenance but I got to check out the gym which was really nice. Hotel room was great, best bed I have ever slept in. The afternoon tea in the Lobby was a great way to extend my stay after checkout time, and just a great ambiance overall. Definitely staying here the next time I’m in town.

It was a quick staycation. We were attending a music festival. My wife and I enjoyed all of the amenities that hotel had to offer.

We had an outstanding experience and stay! They reached out prior to our arrival and asked if they could pre-arrange anything and what time we were arriving. We said we’re celebrating our anniversary and will arrive at noon. Upon check-in at noon, our room was ready and they upgraded us! When we returned to our room later that day we were greeted with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. A very thoughtful and unexpected surprise we greatly appreciated. Accommodations, pool and spa are top notch! Such a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. If I could rate it higher than 5, I would.

They hotel allows guests to smoke all kind of herbs. Annoying. Smoking not cigarettes nor cigars. Nothing happens if you complaint. Not a regular 5 stars hotel.
