Topp hotell, og topp beliggenhet!
Fint hotell, meget god beliggenhet ved elven. Shopping og restauranter rett rundt hjørnet. Litt dyrt å spise frokost på hotellet, Nok. 1020,- for frokost til oss fire! Lover dundyne, men det var stort sett to laken med et litt tykt teppe mellom. Ellers høy standard og hyggelig personale.

I booked riverside view rooms and I was assigned city view. I talked to the front desk and I was told they did not have the rooms available. When I asked for my money to be returned, they said since it was a prepaid rooms they couldn’t make a refund. Terrible customer service. I paid extra for the view and I didn’t get the problem solved.

Great location right on the river. Had a view of the river walk from our room. The hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating.

The best thing is it’s near river walk. It was very noisy at the reception and rooms were quite ordinary.

The hotel staff was excellent. Our room and view was perfect. I like that you actually received something for the added on daily “resort fees.” For the “resort fee” each day of our stay we received free WiFi, a coffee mug, a free refillable water bottle, two bottles of water for our room, and the daily resort fee amount could be used in the restaurants or bar IF total bill was charged to room. At least you received something for the added on “resort fee.” I don’t understand why hotels just add that amount onto the room reservation and forget adding on a “resort fee” at the end of your stay!

Didn't like: We had a reservation well in advance, but there was no room for us when we arrived at 4:00 check-in time. at 9:00pm a room was finally available for us.

They have unexpected charges. The rooms are not nearly as clean as they should be. They were actually pretty dusty and dirty.

I loved the beautiful sight seeing they offer and the way to get to them is super easy lower lobby access to the river walk, it was convininet and fast our view was outstanding from the room as well. My only dislike is that the shower in our room was clogged they did send a technician but it was still clogged. Nothing was compensated for the inconvenience but aside from that it was a great stay.

They did not disappoint. The area is wonderful , everyone was very friendly. The view is beautiful. The only thing is there is no fridge or microwave in the room. We did order room service , they were great But , if you get a room close to elevators , you’ll be right by ice and microwave.
