Excellent in all ways. Staff was very nice and the hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport. Conveniently located next to a CTA station which takes you into town.

During my stay at this hotel, I selected it primarily due to a flight delay, as it was my first time in Chicago. We found this hotel through a Google search, considering its convenient location and easy access to public transportation. Although my time spent at the hotel was limited, I did encounter a situation that was somewhat bothersome. On the morning of my stay, at around 8 AM, a staff member knocked on my door, and around 9 A.M, another staff member knocked again, inquiring if I had already checked out by 12:00 PM. While I understand that cleaning the rooms is necessary, the early morning interruptions were a bit inconvenient and disrupted my rest.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times. While not fancy, I have always lives the proximity to the airport. The bar is nice . Food is good. And overall the service is good. This last atay I found out tbe hard way that this hotel supports airlines in the event of flight issues and cancellations. I came back to thebhotel on my last night to find the lobby flooded with people holding vouchers. The hotel stopped answering their phones for room service for existing guests. Had to walk down and order to find a shrunken menu and then wait in the lobby 90min for an overcooked burger. They were completely overwhelmed and not staffed or capable of handling this. I think it is a great thing to support stranded traveler. Been there. Howevwr, don’t do it if tou can not handle the capacity. It turns into a terrible experience foe your existing guests who shouldn’t have to suffer for the money you want from the airlines. Terrible.

Parking was extremely expensive and was not true to what was told over the phone. There was a woman at the front desk that was extremely rude and wouldn’t help us. We were able to get help from another staff member later and he went above and beyond for us.

Way over priced for the quality of the room. The pool was freezing cold we couldn’t take our kids swimming because of it and they charged us $75 more when we checked in.

It’s 2024 and no where can you find a USB port in the hotel. Not sure why they haven’t updated their lamps or alarm clocks. It’s a simple fix.

Good hotel but with a lot of extra fees
Overall, the hotel was nice - clean, comfortable, and at a good location. There were, however, high fees for many features that should be part of the room rate - parking ($32 a night) internet ($12.95 per day). Likewise, a simple glass of wine at the hotel bar was $20. Given the choice, I would stay somewhere else where I did not feel I was being nickeled and dimed to death.

This is a typical airport hotel. It’s busy and the furniture is beat up. It’s okay for a night if you have an early flight because they have an airport shuttle that runs on the half hour.
