Had a good stay for two nights. Rooms were big and clean and nice bathrooms. Because it's a small place there were few options for dining inside the hotel, but you could walk outside and have immediate options all around. Biggest negative was no ice machines, so you had to go to the lobby and ask staff who would have to retrieve it for you from somewhere inaccessible to the guests.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice, clean property but less than impressed with the bedding/linens. Otherwise rooms are lovely, very roomy, sitting area was great and bathroom was excellent with lovely tub and rainfall shower. Loved the rooftop bar too!

My stay was very pleasant and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Chicago shopping on Michigan Ave. Love the room decor and furniture.

Property has beautiful design everyone was nice the hotel was clean & quiet. Should offer microwaves in the rooms . Tvs are a bit small beds sit way too low. Overall good stay for good price.

The hotel is okay, comfy pillows and the bathroom is good. My rating would have been higher but there was a party going on in the room next door until 4am and the hotel did not do anything despite complaining so we could not sleep.

The location is excellent. Close to Magnificent Mile. And there are many restaurants nearby. However, the room temperature control seems a bit off. Had to set at 73 but still felt cool at night.

The day and night staff were really friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to store my bags there for a few hours before my check in time and after my checkout time. The bar tender helped me find a taxi. The housekeepers were really good at their job! My room felt fresh and well transferred to every day.

Nice hotel, lobby bar is tiny and closes super early. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms are great, big soaking tub, amazing water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Elevator was super slow. Overall very nice hotel, would stay again.

This was one of my worst stays at a hotel. The bathtub in my room wouldn’t turn off. This was very disappointing as it’s one of the reasons I come to this hotel. The front desk agent moved my room but placed me next to a room with people who came in and out all night long. I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Starting to look a tad worn, with scratches on the furniture, toilet that rocks when you sit on it, old TV etc. Decent hotel with friendly staff in a good location though.

The property is conveniently located near parking garages, as well as parking along the street. There are things within walking distance— which I throughly enjoyed, so that parking did not have to be paid multiple times a day. The Ivy is a very nice experience and the ambience is breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, too!

The property is extremely basic no amenities. Bar closes by 8pm, which leaves us w no drinks or dining. The room I paid for was not the room I received. I personally love bouquet hotels but the Ivy is impressive at all.

This was a very nice property. Hotel room was nice and spacious for us. Some issues were the mirror TV didnt work and a few obvious wear and tear around room. The counter was chipped. It was still rose petals and dirt around the bed.
