They had a fire alarm incident that was very disturbing.

Sorry for the disruption of the fire alarm. It was not planned, someone smoked in the room causing the alarm to goff. Going forward we will do a better job at informing our guest so they are aware of the situation and what to do next.

Staff were nice and facility were in very good condition, the thing that i didn’t like that my room have no view at all the only window were shaded not sure why!!! And the breakfast not worth the charge, very limited selection.

The lobby was inundated with families camped out and wholly indifferent to the other guests. Screaming children raced up and down the corridors while parents slept on the chairs and couches. I never saw one staff member even attempt to gain control over the situation. This was not a hotel but a circus. I will never stay at this property again.

The hotel was very accomodating to my request for a late check out. My only complaint was the parking lot behind the hotel is not very well lit. I am a women taveling alone & I felt unsafe back there

No water in shower terrible customer service
Great location, not able to take shower as no water!!! Front desk staff did not help nor did they apologize. No compensation offered and very rude. Would not recommend due to service even though place was nice.

We were extremely disappointed with the Hyatt Regency. There was water damage to the walls in the bathroom in our room. The pool was out of service, the restaurant was understaffed, then they made a mistake on our dinner order. The room service in the morning was so slow in delivering our order we did not have enough time to eat it because it came too close to the hotels check out at 11:00 am. Then when we checked out I went to use the men's room in the lobby and found diarrhea all over the toilet seat and the stench in the bathroom was so overwhelming that I had to immediately leave.

Big hotel that is almost labyrinthine. But friendly helpful staff, clean facilities. Nice sized pool for laps but fitness center is relatively small.

Really nice lobby, restaurant, bar area. Made you feel like you were in a nice place. Rooms were very clean but dated. Overall for a hockey tournament it was good. They gave us a banquet room for parents to play cards and drink our own beverages. Definitely would go back

My MacBook Pro was left behind in the room and housekeeping looked for it and found it. The gentleman at the front desk gave me plates and silverware after the restaurant was closed. They gave me a towel to borrow to clean my car from the snow. Their customer service was superb. I will come back each chess tournament.
