A/C did not work well. Room was warm and humid despite the A/C unit being on for 10 hours. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we weren't going to be able to sleep at all.

The stay was good , staff, good, room good. Hidden ammenity charge of 7.95 a night to have access to amenities. Not the use of them, thats extra. Just the availability of the ammenity. Its not the amount. Its adding it on at the end. Im tired of hidden fees and BS charges. If you want more for the room tell me up front. I will not stay here again out of principle.

It was a really nice stay. we had the king size bed room. It’s a really nice hotel. The only reason I took one star off was because the bed was very firm and about knee-high and the pillows were also very hard. I don’t know if they have rooms that have softer beds, but for that reason, I would never stay there again.

Pillows were awful. Like hard, lumpy towels stuffed into pillow cases. Expedia advertises free parking for silver status, but the hotel charges "amenity fees" that includes internet, gym access, and... parking. So, not really free parking, is it? I find that type of advertising duplicitous, and it's something as "little" as that which will keep me from staying here again. Unfortunate, since it's a five minute walk to my company office. Also, bathroom had prior guest's hair still around the bathtub, so, gross.

The room overall was very nice & clean. I've never stayed any where including my own bed that there is no flat sheet. I have to have a flat sheet because i constantly get hot flakes throughout the night and kick my duvet/ blanket off but need to have something to cover with like a flat sheet. The pillows weren't supportive and very uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch with a robe to cover me, which was much better than the terrible mattress. It says the mattress is a pillow to but this was no pillow top mattress. The mattress was extremely firm which made it painful for me to sleep on. Trying to figure out how to watch the TV was a little frustrating because if a station didn't come in it went to a icon screen to choose from. Why can't you just flip through the stations easily? I think you should consider soundproofing the water closet. It isn't something anyone needs to hear their significant other doing.
