They do not enforce any quiet hours. They have small children running all over the place at 11pm, teenagers running around at 3am. The staff does not even say hi when you walk up the counter to check out. The staff speaks to each other in their native language, maybe Hindi or something even when they’re in the middle of helping you. That’s just impolite. The towels that should be white are all old and off white, there was hair rolled into my bath towel. The carpet was dirty. Did not sleep well, when that’s the entire point of booking a hotel. Very motel vibes.

Very nice rooms, pool was beautiful. Very large hotel, and hospitable staff. Rooms could’ve been cleaner, and things like hand soap, body wash etc filled more often.

Our room had the worst view I have ever experienced! It was overlooking old carpeted roof. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. The toilet in our room kept making noise every 20 minutes or so. Parking was good. We ate at the attached bar and it was pretty good.

The hotel was beautiful. The atmosphere was great and the room was very nice! However, I did book strictly on the hot tub and when we got there, it was absolutely disgusting. The water was green with brown the rim. We spoke to the front desk and they said it is cleaned every day, but there’s no way it is other than that. Everything was great.

Over all is a good hotel EXCEPT for the fact that the pool is in the middle of it and moost rooms surround it. And the pool is open till 10pm (i think) basically it didn't close at 6. So if u have kids that wanna enjoy the pool, u'll have an awesome time. If u're an adult with or without kids that won't enjoy the pool and want yo sleep at a reasonable time, u better pack ur noise machine with u, coz it's gonna be looooud!

No parking, they had an event going on and after I got back from a dinner I had to drive around for hours waiting on the event to end so I could park near the hotel. Hotel room was hot couldn’t get it to go below 74 degrees. Staff not very engaged or friendly.

I have stayed here twice before. The first two times I stayed within the main section of the hotel. This time I was placed on the first floor facing the back parking lot near an exit door. It was extremely noisy because the side door was extremely loud when it opens and closes, and you could hear all the outside conversations and cars speeding out of the parking lot. Endless to say we didn’t get any sleep because of all the noise and commotion outside our window. I know next time to refuse a room on that is facing the additional parking in the back. We were not rested for our powerlifting event .

A little outdated. Room was a bit smelly. Outside not very appealing.Staff is nice and helpful. Appears that they are making progress remodeling. We stayed for a concert that was there so the convenience was a huge plus.

When I first arrived they stated that they didn’t have 2 queen bed rooms available even though I booked this room 2 weeks in advance. Had to give us another option which made things complicated for our family. Terrible staff! So rude when I asked for bedding for the pull out bed. Children in the hot tub so I couldn’t even enjoy that bc of children splashing in the hot tub. Breakfast for 12.95 is outrageous for what they served. It was basically what most hotels give out for free breakfast but way less options. Creepy employees making sexual remarks towards my 15 year old daughter. Never again will I come to this location.
