Lisa in the reception was incredible kind and helpful. All in all, all the people working at this hotel was great! Breakfast was fine, I only wish there wasn’t plastic forks and dishes.. hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool was small but clean :) Good coffees, and I like the holder with tasty lemon-water ❤️

Room was bigger than usual since we got the larger suite which was excellent but the lamp and n the desk was in the way of the tv. Poor design. Tv could have been bigger, overall a great place to stay

The staff seem to have a commitment to quality and cleanliness. Everyone on staff was attentive to our needs, like people helped us to the elevator, front desk helped us with questions and even nice when we ordered snacks at midnight.

The biggest issue we had with our room was the thermostat. It was difficult to figure out and the fan ran loudly the entire time of our stay no matter what setting we tried.

This hotel is very nice. Not quiet, due to consistent airplane noise but that wasn’t an issue as we knew we were close to the airport and it wasn’t unexpected. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites for accommodations.
