Stay was relatively quiet. Room was clean overall. Couch had some pretty major stains. Ice machine was broken, front desk had to hand scoop it out. Breakfast was subpar at best. Frozen waffles sitting on a platter, bagels with no cream cheese, and cereal. Overall experience was okay. Evening check in was smooth, and the guy at the front desk was nice.

The air conditioner was older and you couldn't keep the fan running without it going on and off. Bathtub and toilet need upgrades. Mattresses are not comfortable. Refrigerator had frozen ice around freezer with no freezer door. They over charged for a below average room.

Room smelled of smoke when we checked in. We didn’t complain but obvious. Broken hanger, cord of ironing board in disarray. Small things you don’t normally see in a hotel. All was adequate and if we didn’t have our window open - it wouldn’t have been noisy. Convenient for the busy weekend though.

The pool wasn't working when we were there. It was essentially an ice bath. I think our entire floor besides us was smoking weed, even seeped into our room when we turned the bathroom fan on

It was convenient off the expressway. The shower needed some repairs and the nice thing about the newer hotels is the number of outlets. This one was definitely lacking in that area.

Liked everything except a disappointment that the bathroom had one little hook on back of door and no towel bars. I really don’t like keeping a hand towel just laying on counter. And for two people one one can hang a wet bath towel.

The hotel is in need of remodeling and the walls allow too much noise. The first room they put me in was dirty and in need of much repair. I complained and they moved me to a different room. It was at least clean and in better shape.

A good overnight stay. Clean room and bed. Staff offered an upgrade to King when we only booked a queen. Breakfast was basic continental. Not sausage, omelets etc. I would stay again, as price was good and convient for highway access.

Not clean
I booked this last minute for a wedding that I was going to when I realized I wouldn’t want to drive home afterward. It was cheap and that’s really why I chose to stay here and I didn’t look at the reviews. The room was fine, but the bathroom was HORRIFYING. mold all over the tub and the shower head and the sink was cracked everywhere and they just attempted to patch it instead of replacing it. The bathroom was in serious need of a cleaning, I didn’t even feel comfortable washing my hair or my face in the shower and it smelled like mildew. To add to the disaster of the bathroom, the booking told me I would have a “roll-in shower” and it was actually a tub, good thing I’m not handicapped… Also, the person at the front desk when I was checking in told me that they had hot breakfast in the morning, it even says that in the book in the room, they had bagels, bread, muffins, frozen waffles and cereal… Where was the hot food?

Fun winter break!
Although this is an older hotel, it is very clean & well maintained. The price is very reasonable & the staff friendly. I would have liked the pool a bit warmer, but the kids had a wonderful time. Great job with the breakfast as well!

The staff were very accommodating. The first room we were given was dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned. When we went to the front desk to inform them they immediately changed us to a new room which was clean.

Staff is very friendly however the hotel itself needs some updates. Pool is cold, shower curtain smelled sour and the tub didn’t even drain so there was a rust spot in the middle of it. Had to hold the handle of the toilet down for a few seconds to flush and the sinks water was so loud it could be heard in the next room! There was free breakfast but it was just mediocre at best! All in all I’d say 2 to 3 stars in my opinion and that’s because of the great staff!!

We ended up leaving our room after checking in -to ask the front desk to vacuum up the many crumbs on the bedroom floor in Room 107. We returned later that evening to a vacuumed floor but decided to leave and drive home instead of staying on questionable bed sheets…I did not ask for a refund because it was New Year’s Eve.

Bathrooms should be cleaner
Stay was fine although toilets could be cleaner. When I lifted up the toilet seat to use it there was dried urine underneath.

It's affordable for short term stays like weekly conferences Easy access to I 94 and US 12. Dining available off of 52 and Main street Chelsea. Service clerks and housekeeping available at all times; The light breakfast is good. Swimming pool and gym (exercise) are in good conditions; Rooms are updated and clean. The heating/air conditioner is newer. Overall, I am satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely return !

We did not stay at this location. We entered the room and noticed several bugs and droppings on the floor. We noticed additional bugs on the dressers and fridge space. They claimed to not have any other rooms to transfer us to, so we left.
