«the hotel was beautiful, lovely room and amazing bathroom. parking was difficult, the hotel us on a main road so nowhere to unload. nearest parking is above a shopping mall opposite that seems to have a million exits, i was directed to the wrong one but some not very helpful locals. i had 3 heavy bags so it took the shine off the stay somewhat. also the hotel has no staff on site so everything is keyless. weird but functional but they are available on text message and phone. there’s no food ...

«500 år gammelt hus omgjort til B&B, blanding av gammel engelsk og mye japansk kunst. Veldig god service, stille og rolig i sentrum. God plass til parkering på baksiden. Mange snodige rom og små trapper, ikke låser på rommene (men mulighet for å låse inn ting nede).»

« Eye convenient. One member of staff was just lovely she couldn’t have done more to help so friendly. Another was really unfriendly and very moody. I felt as though I was a pain for being there. Breakfast was ok, poached eggs hard and tasted of vinegar. »

«3 of us stayed in the 3 single bed family room on a room only basis the room was extremely clean with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond.»

«I had a great stay here at this 3 bedroom house, all 3 bedrooms are rented out, i was in a single room, which was perfectly clean, and adequate for my 3 night stay! Its a shared bathroom, and there is a downstairs toilet! I am a professional cleaner, so for me it could have been cleaner, but it was definately clean enough!!! I would stay again, in fact im hoping to rent all 3 rooms next year!!!»

«The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.»

«Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road. Shower tray was blocked. Doesn't offer actual breakfast (as advertised) but was offered some toast. Generally poor experience.»

«A beautiful property. Owner Carole was very welcoming. The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Very large and comfortable bed. The owners own the pub down the road which serves good food with very generous portions.»

«We had a wonderful stay in the Pavillion at Brunger House. The location is fantastic for Tenterden and other nearby spots (eg Chapel Down) and the cottage itself is superbly kitted out to a very high standard. Add to that the excellent hosts and oh so thoughtful little touches, and I’ve no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic self catering away break.»

«DO NOT BOOK. We turned up, having paid via Expedia, only to be told they don't actually have rooms to book. I don't know if this is a scam as the email confirmation said that there was no Front Desk so ring in advance to confirm booking... Lord alone knows who would be picking you up and taking you someplace else. «VMG Living ( previously Rhinos 5)- Beware! The hotels.com pictures give the impression of three bedrooms with pictures of three double rooms. However there are only two. The pictures do not reflect the cleanliness and the decor of the place AT ALL The booking fee does not show a £75 cleaning charge ( this is hidden in the small print). «The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again ...
