Nice and new. Decor was pleasing too. Biggest problem was how small the room was. Nowhere to sit or turn around. Bathroom was ok; didn’t know you could even buy the old style toilets though. Need to install the chair height stool and put a few grab bars even for younger folk. Tub was also very slippery.

This hotel was fine. It was not good, it was not bad.. it was fine. The beds were pretty comfy, the room was clean, however dated looking. The breakfast was fairly limited compared to other hotels at this price. The walls were thin, so you could hear other guests, as well as every time someone used a shower or toilet! You could hear the water running through the pipes in the walls! It is also in an industrial area, which seemed a bit sketchy, but was ok in the end. Wouldn’t stay again, but for a one night stay, it did the job.

Good, clean hotel in a convenient location near downtown Charleston, W. Va. Was able to check in quickly identify local restaurant and bar options and travel downtown for some food and beverages. As a bonus we got to see the city on foot. Good hotel for a stopover on the road home.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the rooms are very clean and nice. My only concern was there was a sketchy/homeless person hanging around the area. I was concerned for my belongings I had to leave in my car.

This hotel appeared brand new even though it wasn’t. We slept very well. It was quiet. Breakfast as adequate. The front desk lady was very friendly at check in and when we were leaving.

Aside from the storm that blew through on Tuesday, they were able to keep the place looking neat and cleaned. Floor in my room inparticularly, seemed like it wasn't vacuumed; but I shrugged it off because of possible power outage and not being able to. Not bad nothing it all, just an assumption. Hotel was clean, and convenient to the highway. The room was spacious and staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was sparse.
