Under construction. New tile in my bathroom and entry was sticky all over. As if something was spilled or never finished and mopped. No bath mat. Shower fixtures unfinished. Soap dispenser empty.

Thank you for your feed back. I am so sorry you had those issues with your room. We had to get new cleaner for that type of tile as old was doing the sticky floor thing. I hope you give use another chance as we are improving daily with everything. Thank you for your time and review.

I am sorry we didn't have the room type available that you booked. The room that you got put in I hope everything was 'good and that the free breakfast and Wi-Fi was good as well. As we are under construction as why we don't have all rooms available to rent currently still. Hope you stay with us again hopefully after remold and we can show you how great this hotel is.

Was a really bad time for the hotel. They had damage due to a storm. Pool was down, weight room was down, they had limited parking becuse they had 20 shipment containers in their parking lot. Room was slightly dirty, no one cleaned inbetween nights and the body wash was empty. Wasnt pleased with this stay.

I am sorry you was with us during a bad time for the hotel. We are improving daily. We are still under construction but I truly hope you give us another chance after we are completely remolded .

People should be told when they rent a place that it is a construction zone. It is terrible customer service when you like basic honesty.

There was some type of spill from the 1st floor lobby to the elevator and then to the ice machine on the 3rd floor. When reported to the staff, they waited for the cleaning crew (two days later) to clean it up. I couldn't go get ice because it was sticky and gross. I did not have a bath towel. When I asked the front desk, they were very fast and took it to my room but left it on the floor outside. I was gone for 9 hours at work.

Poor choice for an overnight.
The hotel was in a state of disrepair. They were working on it, which was good, but a little late. The room we stayed in showed many signs of age and poor upkeep. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom had chipped shelving, and broken tiles. The pool area was nice and the kids used it. And breakfast was good, but overall it just felt like it was outdated and poorly kept up the last few years. The service was good though. They were friendly, and helpful. Maybe with some remodeling this could be a gem again.

The stay was ok. The room is a bit outdated and not the cleanest. The room did not have a hair dryer and there was only one trash can in the room. I believe they are remodeling due to the amount of trailer bins in the back. You cannot circle the parking lot. Overall ok.

It seems the building is cared for. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Two things. You have a large property here and I’m sure it gets filled often. But the space allocated to get a breakfast is ridiculously small. We had people standing trying to eat standing. One family loaded into their van. Maybe they were leaving. There is a conference room just adjacent. Perhaps making that into over flow. Number 2. And it is temporary but the storage containers on the property really take up the parking! I know that it will be temporary. So I’m not complaining. Just sharing insight to anyone who reads these.

The indoor pool was heated and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious (i had waffles). The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and ill stay again.

Needs updating
Hotel needs updated. Not enough room in the breakfast area for people to sit. Water in the room was not hot just warm. Water did not drain in the sink. Lots of little things that added up. No big issues.

Poor quality
Our stay with you was very disappointing. The doors to our room were very hard to open, the drains in the shower and sink were very slow to drain water, there was no ice available unless we went down to the lobby, and no wi-fi unless we were in the lobby. We have always been pleased with our stays at a Holiday Inn Express facilities in the past, but this experience with you has given us cause to question our choice in the future. When I mentioned these items to the person at the counter, she said that a major renovation would be happening soon. I would sure hope so.

Needs renovations
Comfortable bedding, clean rooms and friendly staff. Needs renovations desperately. Fridge in room did not work and was not told it did not work so had to throw out what we had in the fridge. No WiFi in the room. Good breakfast however they was out of several breakfast items.

Continental breakfast was excellent, a few things I was disappointed in the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The vent in the bathroom did not work when I told the lady at the front desk she said they all were not working. I also inquired about the laundry mat and which was one thing I wanted to use and they said it was out of order.

The worst holiday inn express ever!
Absolutely awful! It was obvious the staff were not happy to be there. There were no trolleys to help with luggage, the bed had collapsed on one side, the bathroom was patched with cement and the ceiling was mouldy, there was a big random metal box in the corner of the room covering cables or something. The fire exit to the stair well didn’t even close. There was a small sign saying that the Wi-Fi only worked via a hotspot in reception. There was no fruit juice at breakfast as the machine was out of order and when asked, we were told they couldn’t put any juice on a jug to serve it. There was a sign for pancakes but no machine. The staff sat at a table and watched everyone eat in between topping up the food, while one guest had to use the reception desk as a table to eat!!! The pool wasn’t open until 10am so we couldn’t swim before checkout with the kids. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! We stayed in at least 3 other holiday inn express’s whilst touring the USA over the last 2 weeks and all the others were pretty much perfect. This one needs a lot of help!

1st the juice machine had a electrical issue and the new one is on order the wifi is being fixed it a process and 3rd we dont do pancakes anymore.. this was over a month ago because we had the pancake machine gone for that long pool states from 10am to 10pm on signs posted on pool door.

When we arrived after a long day of driving, we wanted to go to our room and make arrangements for our next day and night of travel. Unfortunately, the Internet Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms. We would’ve had to go to the lobby and sit there, which we did not feel like doing at 9:30 at night, it was a pain not having that service. The staff was very nice especially the desk manager. She was there the night we got in and there first thing in the morning. Kudos to her for showing up for work when others don’t. The place is very dated, and the room had a funny smell to it. It needs extreme updating. Would not recommend.

yes we are being remodeled in nov so that will be alot better and wifi is now being taken care of and thank you for the kindness please come back and see us when we are done with remodel

Most of staff were pleasant and helpful with the exception of the dayshift clerk/mgr. Our room wasn't cleaned for 6 days we complained to night shift and he gave us clean towels/washclothes. On day 6 complained to morning clerk and she told us was supposed to be cleaned every 4 days and we were supposed to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. Told us it was on he paper in our room. I told her to show me on the paper where it said that! It didn't the paper said we were suppose to have a refresh every day. Beds made,towels replaced and trash removed. When we arrived the toilet was constantly running, i reported it to the front desk. Took 2 days for them to get to it after reporting it again. Door handle on main door didn't work properly. There wasn't a good selection for breakfast. There were a lot of knats in the breakfast area. The laundry room was out of order the whole time we were there. Internet was mostly non working. We left 2 nights early due to poor service but still charged for them. Would not recommend this hotel!

you booked through expedia they have to refund you cause it was prepaid we checked you out early so they was a credit they are the ones that has to refund you not Holiday inn. and yes we did refresh your room we dont give service every 4 days and not on weekends either im sorry for the miscommunication on that part.
