As with all hotels, the floor in the room always turns my socks brown but otherwise, a decent hotel. Felt safe and it was quiet. We traveled with two toddlers. All was fine. The coffee machine at breakfast was fabulous; it made me a frothy latte that made my morning. They had hot breakfast foods like eggs and sausage as well as the usual staples. Nice seating area. Matt at the front desk was nice.

I appreciated the accommodation for my bicycle and the staff member who made sure I had an easy in and out to get my bicycle in my room. My car was parked right outside my window.

We had just finished 13 hrs on the road and were exhausted! So we really appreciated one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a hotel.

Was very nice wished a handicap bar would have been attached to counter or one installed along side of the toilet as just having the bar in back made it difficult for my elderly mother to use the handicap shower was great

It was a good stay, a bit dated but clean. The bed was very bouncy and squeaky. As tired as we were from 12 hours of driving it worked. Breakfast was good.

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Comfort Inn in Charleston, WV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was fine - though the coffee wasn't great. Good choice of fruit, yoghurts and bakery items. I did not try the cooked breakfast but the rest of the family did and enjoyed it.

Personally, the bed was way too hard and the pillows way too soft. I could have slept on the floor for the same comfort. If you like extremely hard beds, get this hotel. The people were extremely nice. Not as quiet as I hoped.

When I arrived to the room, the toilet was running - I removed the tank lid, but couldn't get it to stop. I called the front desk and was changed to a new room. Clean, great staff, responsive. I'd sleep there again!
