«I brought a couple teens and my small dog out for a bicycle race. The place was easy to find and perfect for us as it had a place where the kids could prep their bikes for the morning and a yard where my little dog could walk around after a long drive. The neighbor’s dog/s are loud when something sets them off tho. «This is a beautiful guest house tucked away along the South Fork of the Kaweah River. It's lovely hearing the river, which is just a short walk away. We had everything we needed for our few days visiting Sequoia National Park, with a comfortable bed, well-outfitted kitchen, and cushioned patio furniture to relax outside and listen to the river. The host was exceptionally responsive. Definitely recommend for a secluded, comfortable getaway!»

«The cabin is definitely really cozy. Sadly, there were a few issues like the AC unit, but Eric quickly dealt with that which I deeply appreciated. I loved the location. If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back.»

«We really liked the property and had a great time in the area. This property was perfect for my wife an I. We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. »

«Everything went well. It is a good location Near UC Davis Hospital In a quiet neighborhood. The directions sent to us were inaccurate and took us to a home that the occupant said we were at the wrong place. The directions need to be rewritten. When I texted the host for help in finding the property they did not reply. We had a good stay in Sacramento Area.»
